ThixotropieIndex. décimale : 667.9 Revêtements et enduits Résumé : Adhesives and sealants based on modern silylated hybrid polymers, also called modified-silane polymers (MS, MSP or SPUR), are typically applied in very high thicknesses to fill wide gaps. That means that high sag- and slump-stability are required di-rectly after the application. Note de contenu : - Why is this a step forward ?

RhéologieIndex. décimale : 667.9 Revêtements et enduits Résumé : Curran is a novel type of cellulosic thickener for water-borne coatings, based on nanofibres which also significantly strengthen the applied coating. The reinforcing effect derives not only from the physical form of the product but also from its hydroxyl functionality. In addition, it has been found that in some formulations it is possible to reduce coalescent levels - and all this with a product derived from waste material. Note de contenu : - Tougher coatings

Note de contenu : - PRÉSENTATION DU PRODUIT

RhéologieIndex. décimale : 532.05 Mécanique des fluides et des liquides - Dynamique (cinétique et cinématique) Résumé : The future development of new products and technologies will be market with respect to a clean and unpolluted environment. The principal harmful effects of reactive printing on the environment are the coloration of waste water and pollution with thickeners and chemicals.
In our research the rheological and ecological behavious of different guar thickeners was studied and compared with the behavious of other available printing pastes. It has been established from the analysis of waste waters that the used guar thickeners are less harmful to the environment and quite as good as alginates in terms of printing quality.Note de contenu : - EXPERIMENTAL : Substrate - Preparation of the printing paste and the printing process - Methods
