Initial positive experiences in series production and intensive development of the simulation methods will open further application areas to this new variant of hybrid technology. Note de contenu : - Increased surface stiffness, strength and energy absorption.
- Material bonds across all contact surfaces.
- Integrating forming of organic composite sheet-metal into the injection mold.
- Non-linear anisotropic material model.
- Material model implemented and tested.
- Objective : cost-effective mass production.
- Potential uses in non-automotive applications, too.Permalink : https://e-campus.itech.fr/pmb/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=10354

Integrative crash simulation pays account to the local orientations in the component when calculating local stress-strain conditions. Comparing the simulation method to trials shows how well the results match with reality. Permalink : https://e-campus.itech.fr/pmb/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=10123
