Stabilité thermiqueIndex. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : Amino trimethylphosphonate cobalt (Co2+-ATMP) flame retardant was prepared by ion exchange method, and rigid polyurethane foam (RPUF) modified by Co2+-ATMP and expandable graphite (EG) was prepared by one-pot and free-rise method. The flame retardancy, thermal stability and smoke toxicity of modified RPUF were studied by limiting oxygen index (LOI), cone calorimeter (Cone), thermogravimetric analysis (TG) and smoke toxicity characterization. The results showed that the flame retardancy, thermal stability and smoke toxicity of RPUF modified by Co2+-ATMP and EG are significantly improved. When the ratio of Co2+-ATMP to EG is 1:5, the LOI value is the highest, and the toxicity of flue gas was the lowest. The peak heat release rate (PHRR) and total heat release rate (THR) were both the lowest, 138 kW/m2 and 15.9 MJ/m2, respectively. Compared with RPUF-0, it decreased by 39.2% and 16.8% respectively. The research results can provide reference for the subsequent flame retardant modification of RPUF. The flame retardant properties and thermal stability of the modified PUFs were investigated by thermogravimetric analysis, cone calorimetry (CONE) and smoke density (Ds). The results showed the modified PUF with the addition of 5 % Pa–Ba and 10 % APP (PUF-A10-PB5) had the highest integral programmed decomposition temperature and the activation energy, indicating that its thermal stability was better compared with other samples. In addition, PUF-A10-PB5 had the lowest total heat release under different radiation intensities, and it had the smallest Ds and the highest light transmittance under the flame and flameless condition. The current results indicated that PUF-A10-PB5 had better flame-retardant properties and thermal stability, which can provide a useful reference for future experimental studies on the flame retardant properties of phytate-modified PUF. Collagène
Cuirs et peaux
Essais (technologie)

FT-IR and Zeta potential measurements were used to analyze and characterize DMTMM crosslinking modified gelatin materials; revealing the mechanism of interaction between DMTMM and collagen-based materials. Firstly, the “zero-length” crosslinking agent DMTMM activated the carboxyl groups on the collagen-based materials and promoted the formation of amide bonds between the collagen-based materials. At the same time, the hydrogen bond formed between the hydroxyl group and its active group causes zero-length crosslinking modification of collagen-based material under the joint action of these two kinds of bonding. DSC, TG, swelling properties, SEM and other analytical methods were used to test the thermal stability and microstructure of DMTMM crosslinked modified gelatin materials. It was found that DMTMM can effectively improve the stability of collagen-based materials, increase the thermal denaturation temperature and humidity and reduce the decomposition rate. Stabilité thermiqueIndex. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : A new environmental friendly flame retardant manganese phytate (MnPa) was prepared by a direct precipitation method and the polyurethane foam (PUF) modified with MnPa was obtained by a one-step all-water foaming method. The thermal stability and combustion performance of the MnPa-modified PUF (MnPUF) were investigated by using thermogravimetric (TG), thermal decomposition kinetics, smoke density characterization, limiting oxygen index (LOI) and UL-94 horizontal combustion test. The results indicated that the addition of MnPa significantly improved the thermal stability and combustion performance of the modified PUF. On the basis of the thermogravimetric analysis, Flynn-Wall-Ozawa method, Kissinger method and Coats Redfern method, it could be concluded that PUF with 7.5 wt% MnPa (MnPUF3) had the highest activation energy and the best thermal stability. Smoke density analysis, LOI and horizontal combustion analysis also showed that the addition of MnPa was positively correlated with smoke suppression, LOI value and burning time. The current research results can provide a reference for the subsequent flame retardant modification of PUF. Stabilité thermiqueIndex. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : The modified polyurethane foam (PUF) with ammonium lignosulfonate was prepared by one-step water foaming method. The effects of ammonium lignosulfonate on its thermal stability and smoke suppression were investigated by thermogravimetric analysis, pyrolysis kinetics analysis, smoke density (Ds) and smoke toxicity analysis. The results showed that the addition of 15 % ammonium lignosulfonate (PUFA15) had the lowest mass loss of PUFs and the highest integral programmed decomposition temperature (870.8 °C). Its activation energy was the highest according to the Flynn-Wall-Ozawa method (110.1 kJ/mol), Kissinger method (181.1 kJ/mol), Starnk method (106.3 kJ/mol) and Coats-Redfern method (149.7 kJ/mol). In addition, PUFA15 had the lowest Ds (34.43) and the highest transmittance (66.74). This indicated that PUFA15 had good thermal stability and smoke suppression properties. The research results had a reference value for exploring the production of environmentally friendly PUF by biomass modification.
