Index. décimale : 675 Technologie du cuir et de la fourrure Résumé : Based on the demand of carbon peak and carbon emission reduction strategy, divinyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane (ViPDMSVi), poly(methylhydrosiloxane) (PMHS), divinyl-terminated polymethylvinylsiloxane (ViPMVSVi), and fumed silica were used as primary raw materials, polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) synthetic leather coating was in situ constructed by thermally induced hydrosilylation polymerization on the synthetic leather substrate. The effect of the viscosity of ViPDMSVi, the active hydrogen content of PMHS, the molar ratio of vinyl groups to active hydrogen, the dosage of ViPMVSVi and fumed silica on the performance of PDMS polymer coating, including mechanical properties, cold resistance, flexural resistance, abrasion resistance, hydrophobic and anti-fouling properties were investigated. The results show that ViPDMSVi with high vinyl content and PMHS with low active hydrogen content is more conducive to obtaining organosilicon coating with better mechanical properties, the optimized dosage of ViPMVSVi and fumed silica was 7 wt% and 40 wt%, respectively. In this case, the tensile strength and the broken elongation of the PDMS polymer coating reached 5.96 MPa and 481%, showing reasonable mechanical properties for leather coating. Compared with polyurethane based or polyvinyl chloride based synthetic leather, the silicon based synthetic leather prepared by this method exhibits excellent cold resistance, abrasion resistance, super hydrophobicity, and anti-fouling characteristics. Structures of two representatives were determined by X-ray diffraction analysis on single crystals. The initial screening of catalytic alkyd drying, performed on a commercial solventborne alkyd resin of medium oil length, revealed a promising activity of oxidovanadium(V) dithiocarbamates, which was further proved on several alkyd formulations including slow-drying high-solid binders. Kinetic behavior of the catalyzed autoxidation process, investigated by time-resolved infrared spectroscopy on a thin alkyd film, was found to be very different from commercial cobalt carboxylates. Appearance of oxidovanadium(IV) species upon the curing process was evidenced by EPR spectroscopy. Pretreatment with oxygen plasma significantly improved the hydrophilicity and tensile strength of all tested samples and showed that oxygen plasma can improve K/S , washing fastness, and even replace certain mordants in wool dyeing with natural pomegranate dye. All dyed samples exhibited good antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus , which can be contributed to the phenol content in pomegranate dye. Only after 28 days of intensive ageing in natural weathering conditions did K/S and antibacterial activity against Klebsiella pneumoniae slightly decrease in dyed samples pretreated with oxygen plasma. Textiles et tissus à usages techniquesIndex. décimale : 677.4 Textiles artificiels Résumé : Sandwich structured polyacrylonitrile (PAN) nano-cobweb/bead-on-string fiber composite membranes were prepared by sequential electrospinning. With integrated features of ultra-fine nano-cobwebs and interconnected tortuous cavities among bead-on-string fibers, the composite membranes can exhibit very interesting air filtration performance by regulating the nano-cobweb/bead-on-string fiber mass ratio and basis weight. The results show that the filtration efficiency and the pressure drop decrease and then increase slightly with the increasing content of bead-on-string fiber. However, the quality factor goes up first, and then down, indicating the beneficial effect of modest bead-on-string fiber content on air filtration property. As the basis weight increases, the growth of filtration efficiency slows down and the pressure drop rises significantly, making the quality factor improve initially and then decline.
