Pulvérisation cathodiqueIndex. décimale : 667.9 Revêtements et enduits Résumé : Cathodic electrodeposition (CED) coating was developed as a new type of industrial application for an anticorrosion coating since the mid 1970s. It has many merits, such as little environmental pollution, no fire hazard, excellent corrosion resistance, high throwing power and a degree of automation for coatings. Thus, it is widely used in automotives, light industry, agricultural machinery, household appliances, instruments, crafts, building materials and so on.
CED coating if often composed of water-soluble cationic resin, pigments and extenders, solvent and neutraliser, which is made by grinding. The cationic resin is the binder of the CED coating and is also the colour developing agent, which is vital to the properties of coating and its film. Thus, the cationic resin is one of the most important components for CED coating. Presently, the main research focuses on increasing kinds of cationic resin and improving the properties of cationic resin. In this paper, the advances of the cationic resin is reviewed.Note de contenu : - ADVANCE OF BASIC RESIN IN CED COATING : Epoxy resin - Acrylic resin - Polyurethane resins - Composite resins of epoxy and acrylate - Fluorocarbon resins - Organic silicon modified resins En ligne : https://drive.google.com/file/d/153bvIC4u7knkAUqiPwr3Ygriz0pSJ-0p/view?usp=drive [...] Format de la ressource électronique : Permalink : https://e-campus.itech.fr/pmb/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=22419

Revêtements en phase aqueuse:Peinture en phase aqueuseIndex. décimale : 667.9 Revêtements et enduits Résumé : The acrylic polymer latex can be prepared via semi-continuous seeded emulsion polymerisation of BA and MMA in a water phase initiated with KPS when nonylphenol ethoxylates and sodium dodecyl-benzenesulfonate are replaced with APG and SFAMES, respectively. Both APG and SFAMES are not derived from petroleum. The structure of the acrylic polymer latex is confirmed with an FT1R spectrum. The uni modal distribution of particle size also confirms that the acrylic polymer latex has been prepared successfully. The optimum recipe of preparing the acrylic polymer latex has been obtained.

Revêtements en phase aqueuse:Peinture en phase aqueuseIndex. décimale : 667.9 Revêtements et enduits Résumé : The fluorinated cationic acrylic latex was prepared successfully via semi-continuous seeded emulsion polymerisation of butyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate and hexafluorobutylmethacrylate in water phase initiated with 2,2'azobis (2. methyl propion amidine)dihydrochloride and emulsified with the aid of mixed surfactants of cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide and polyethylene glocolmono-nonylphenylether. The structure of the resultant latex is confirmed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy spectrum and differentiel scanning calorimetry. Facture, which have an effect on the emulsion polymerisation and properties of latex, are investigated in détail. The conversion of mixed monomers is high and the coagulation percentage is less when the reaultant latex is prepered under the folIowing condition : the amount of emulsifier is 3% ; the amount of initiator is 0.8% : the content of the fluorinated monomer is 4%. In this case, the average particle size of latex is smallest. ln addition, in comparison with the latex prepared without the fluorinated monomers, the hydrophobicity of the resultant latex film is clearly improved.
