A homemade horizontal reactor was used for deposition from SnCl2 + 2H2O precursors with pure oxygen flowing at a rate of 5 ccpm. The structure was analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy, and atomic force microscopy techniques to reveal the deposition mechanisms and crystalline structures. XRD analysis showed that the predominant phase in all experimental conditions was SnO2. From the XRD analysis, it is understood that the preferred orientation of the SnO2 films is dependent on their thickness, which is affected by deposition time and substrate temperature. In many part of the world digital cameras now outsell conventional film cameras, and many of the disadvantages associated with digital image capture in the very recent past1.2 have been nulified.
As the digital industry grows, the various technologies involved continue to be ever innovative. With respect to digital cameras, the image sensor performance criteria have improved immeasurably since the launch of the first solid-state camera in the early 1980s. The charge-coupled semiconductor device (CCD), for so long the unrivalled image-capture component in digital cameras, is now being challenged by complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) technology and the innovatively re-designed Fujifilm Super CCD. In addition, the recent introduction of the Foveon full-colour imaging sensor has added a new dimension to digital image capture.
This paper reviews current image-capture sensors and the way that the various digital imaging camera designs are able to record and reproduce colour images.Note de contenu : - Sensor technology : Charge-coupled semiconductor (CCE) - Complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) - Fujifilm super CCD - Foevon X3 CMOS full-colour imaging sensor

A simple treatment of intercalated graphite oxide particles with chlorosulfonic acid resulted in considerable expansion (up to 4500%) and, after only one hour ultrasonication, produced nanoplatelets in high yield. The critical micelle concentration (CMC) data were obtained as functions of the composition based on equilibrium surface tension measurements. The cmc values with and without the addition of salt systems were then analyzed according to the regular solution model developed by Rubingh for mixed micelles. For the added salt systems, we applied Maeda’s formulation for ionic/nonionic mixed micelles. For NaL/CnGly mixed systems, an increase in the hydrophilicity of the polar head group of CnGly resulted in a strong interaction between NaL and CnGly. In addition, introducing ionic species to the added salt systems stabilized the nonionic micelles. Note de contenu : - NaL/CnGly and NaL/C12 DMAO mixtures in 5 mM NaOH

The scanning electron micrographs indicate that the polymethyl methacrylate anchors on the surfaces of the particle homogeneously. Polymer treated a-FeOOH particles can be easily dispersed in organic medium to form a stable colloid and have an imporoved heat resistance. The modified pigment dispersion in acrylate coatings gives a stable viscosity after storage. Permalink : https://e-campus.itech.fr/pmb/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=9380
