Index. décimale : 668.5 Parfums et cosmétiques Résumé : Traditionally, the hair care has always focused on the visible part of hair : the hair shaft. But nowadays, we know that stress, pollution, nutrition, UV radiation, etc., they all affect the whole hair structure, including the scalp and the follicle. Ail these factors generate oxidative stress on both scalp and hair, finally causing scalp redness and flaking as well as hair breakage and fragility. The new active ELAYA RENOVATM nourishes and reinforces all the elements of the hair structure, improving its volume, hydration and shine from within. Made from Olea europaea stem cells, the active ingredient's mechanism of action consists in delivering a nourishing proteo-lipidic matrix to both the scalp and the hair cortex to strengthen, volumize, hydrate and revitalize the damaged hair and scalp. Several in vitro, ex vivo and in vivo trials demonstrate the ingredient's activity and the new concept of restoring the Hair Tensegrity. A new way to deal with hair care, considering a 'skinification' approach. Solutions (chimie)Index. décimale : 668.5 Parfums et cosmétiques Résumé : Behavioural changes : Within a very short period of time, wearing a face mask has led women to focus more on the eye area when applying make-up. A survey by the French IFOP showed that 44% of women who regularly used decorative cosmetics no longer put make-up on their lips under the mask. The proportion of women who used make-up daily decreased by half. The trend is now strongly moving towards skin care and wellness at the expense of color cosmetics (Premium Beauty News, July 12, 2020). Surveys in France, Germany and U.K. confirm this. Of those over 55, 46% say they have more often taken up beauty and body care activities to promote their health. Of the 16-34 year olds, 45% say they do this to reduce stress and anxiety. Overall, 59% said that beauty and body care activities were used to have a good time (Mintel survey, 2020).
In uncertain times, people want to feel safe and secure. This leads to a strong demand for cosmetics that care for consumers and make them feel good. In other words, products with fragrances and active ingredients that help people to relax and cope better with stress. The personal care industry can respond with more positive and emotional marketing. However, the products must also be effective enough to generate long-term trust and interest, which is very important for emotional products.Note de contenu : - Behavioural changes

Différences entre sexes (psychologie)
Style de vieIndex. décimale : 668.5 Parfums et cosmétiques Résumé : Over the past few years, the awareness of gender and its increasing non-correlation with the sexes has soared. Generation-Z has driven us towards the belief that gender is in fast a spectrum made up of behavioural, psychological and cultural traits. It is different from person to person and for some people it is different day to day. Gender is no longer considered binary, in fact Facebook has over 70 gender options to pick from on their profile editor. To learn more about these definitions, visit www.stonewall.org.uldhelp-advice/glossary-terms.
This article will discuss gender non-conformity and gender fluidity, summarising the key influences on the shift and blurring of gender norms and the impact this has on the personal care industry. Traditional gender norms mean that men and women would shop on different aisles for personal care products. Men would predominantly purchase just a few functional items such as deodorant, shower gel and shaving products, whereas women tend to have a more complex beauty routine including colour cosmetics, moisturisers and hair colourants. However, over the past few years, we have seen a shift in purchasing habits.Note de contenu : - Gender fluidity
