Index. décimale : 668.5 Parfums et cosmétiques Résumé : Traditionally, the hair care has always focused on the visible part of hair : the hair shaft. But nowadays, we know that stress, pollution, nutrition, UV radiation, etc., they all affect the whole hair structure, including the scalp and the follicle. Ail these factors generate oxidative stress on both scalp and hair, finally causing scalp redness and flaking as well as hair breakage and fragility. The new active ELAYA RENOVATM nourishes and reinforces all the elements of the hair structure, improving its volume, hydration and shine from within. Made from Olea europaea stem cells, the active ingredient's mechanism of action consists in delivering a nourishing proteo-lipidic matrix to both the scalp and the hair cortex to strengthen, volumize, hydrate and revitalize the damaged hair and scalp. Several in vitro, ex vivo and in vivo trials demonstrate the ingredient's activity and the new concept of restoring the Hair Tensegrity. A new way to deal with hair care, considering a 'skinification' approach. The plant-based ingredient Curcuma Longa (Turmeric) Callus Lysate is a 100% natural multi-active from Turmeric stem cells that fights the damage of skin derived from suffering stress, improving stress wrinkles, working as an emotional wellbeing manager, enhancing skin hydration and acting as a modulator of the brain-skin connection. Various in vitro, ex vivo, and in vivo tests were carried out to demonstrate the efficacy of the plant stem cell active ingredient. Meanwhile, the recent movement towards preventative health among the ever-increasing mature segment of the population, has boosted the emerged success of new healthcare concepts such as biohacking. This one-health movement goes hand in hand with unprecedented scientific advances appearing in the anti-aging field, particularly for cellular senescence.
As these new advances on cellular senescence take ground in the scientific community, the beauty industry can better tap into the opportunities that this longevity era can offer.
In this regard, Provital is taking the lead in a new type of cosmetics that will leverage technology, science, natural and holistic preferences to push the boundaries on efficacy and selectivity, while still supporting an environmentally friendly brand positioning: Dermohacking cosmetics.
Altheostem™ is Provital’s first dermohacker. An Althaea rosea stem cell active that has proven its ability to selectively eliminate cellular senescence.
This lab-grown active ingredient leverages biotechnology for a selective biological action on aged skin. In this article, Provital describes how the positive effects of its senolytic activity are thoroughly tested in vitro and in vivo, using both instrumental and Artificial Intelligence analysis, thus unveiling its well-aging power.Note de contenu : - Welcome to dermohacking cosmetifs

Peau -- Soins et hygièneIndex. décimale : 668.5 Parfums et cosmétiques Résumé : The active ingredient Quora Noniâ„¢ brings a new mechanism of action against acne, blocking the microbial Quorum Sensing. By hacking their communication system, bacteria are not able to form biofilms and turn virulent, which prevents from the formation of acne and other skin disorders related to microbiome.
Quora Noni is recommended both for the treatment and prevention of acne, as well as the treatment of hair and scalp problems such as dandruff or sensitive and greasy scalp. Since it does not contain antibiotics, and its bacteriostatic properties, the potential generation of resistance by bacteria is avoided, which is usually common in other acne treatments.
Made from plant stem cells, Quora Noni addresses acne-prone skin care in a way that respects the skin microbiota, representing a natural and highly efficient treatment. A revolutionary mechanism of action, in line with the demand for Clean Beauty cosmetics by consumers and an ally against maskne.Note de contenu : - BLOCKING THE MICROBIAL COMMUNICATION : What is the origin of acne ?
