Le but ultime ? Note de contenu : - 1. Principe : L'intérêt de l'impression 3D

Textiles et tissus synthétiquesIndex. décimale : 667.3 Teinture et impression des tissus Résumé : The present research manages the utilisation of post-treatment coating solutions of aminopropyl/vinyl/silsesquioxane (APSV) for ink-jet printing of polyester with CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow and key [black]) pigmented water-based ink-jet inks. The proposed protocols could effectively fix the pigment colours on polyester at a low relieving temperature under the thermal initiation or ultraviolet (UV)-radiation of vinyl terminated groups in APSV compared to the commercial textile binders. The colorimetric data and fixation, antistatic properties, roughness and durability of the ink-jet-printed samples were studied. The outcomes demonstrated that APSV successfully fixed the pigment-based ink-jet inks on polyester fabric, and could achieve significantly higher colour performance and degree of fixation than the commercial textile binders. The APSV-post-treated examples had durable antistatic properties and soft handle. The durability tests indicated that the ink-jet-printed polyester fabrics post-treated with APSV retained a higher degree of fixation and antistatic properties after 10 launderings. In general, the outcomes revealed that APSV can be successfully utilised as a pigment binding agent, eliminate all determinant drawbacks in works of literature for treatment of fabrics in ink-jet printing application, such as the fabric handles and the many approached methods. Moreover, it showed a good durable antistatic finish for the post-treatment of ink-jet-printed polyester fabrics. Note de contenu : - EXPERIMENTAL : Materials

Stabilité thermiqueIndex. décimale : 667.3 Teinture et impression des tissus Résumé : Pigment ink was formulated with nano-coated pigment dispersion, prepared via mini-emulsion polymerization. To study the effect of nano-coated pigment, surfactant and humectant on ink-jet printability, the trajectory of droplets with different pigment ink composition was monitored. The effect of ink formulation on the accuracy of printing process of the pigment ink was discussed by study on line width and edge contour of printed patterns. Experimental results indicated that the additives and properties of the pigment ink had a great influence on droplet formation and precise positioning of the printed patterns. The optimal composition for the pigment ink as following: nano-coated pigment dispersion was 20% w/w, surfactant (S-465) was 1.5% w/w, humectant (diethylene glycol) was 30% w/w and defoamer (FB-50) was 0.1% w/w. The prepared pigment ink exhibited excellent freeze–thaw, thermal and centrifugal stability. In addition, the optimal formula was beneficial to form a stable droplet and obtain high precision patterns.

ViscosimétrieIndex. décimale : 667.3 Teinture et impression des tissus Résumé : Four natural dyes, annatto, cutch, pomegranate fruit rind, and golden dock, were used as colorants for the preparation of water-based ink-jet inks for digital textile printing. The physical and rheological properties (pH, conductivity, surface tension, and viscosity) of the inks were measured over a period of 90 days for the evaluation of ink stability and suitability for ink-jet printing. The inks were found to be suitable and were used for the digital printing of cotton fabrics. The prints were subjected to wash, light, and rub fastness tests and colour measurements. Colour consistency and fastness results, especially after fixation, are comparable with those of synthetic dyes, which paves the way for the production of environmentally friendly ink-jet inks using natural dyes for the digital printing of cotton through the formulation of suitable printing techniques.
