Son objectif est de produire des biens et services tout en limitant fortement la consommation et le gaspillage des matières premières, et des sources d'énergies non renouvelables ;

VentilationIndex. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : Engel has developed a new way to process plastic scrap as flakes on an injection molding machine straight after grinding. This innovation eliminates the pelletization step and significantly boosts the economics of plastics recycling. The key to consistently high product quality is to vent the plastic melt. RhéologieRésumé : The aim of this article is to upgrade the performance of polypropylene/ethylene propylene rubber (PP/EPR) blends by addition of hydrophobic nanosilica (SiR805) and using "high shear processing technology". The morphological developments, mechanical and rheological properties of these composites were investigated as a function of processing conditions. High shear processing has proved to be an efficient process to decrease the size of the dispersed phase (EPR) up to 300 nm and to disperse finely nanosilica particles to less than 30 nm especially at 800 min?1. Moreover, the morphology stability of the nanocomposite is ascribed to the formation of a core shell structure (EPR nodules = core; nano-silica = shell) and selective location of nanosilica at the interface. More importantly, this core-shell structure is favoured to enhance the impact strength of the (PP/EPR)/3 wt% SiR805 nanocomposite. In agreement to the obtained morphology, the improvement (about 60 %) of elongation at break attests a good adhesion between phases due to high shear effect as highlighted by viscoelastic properties. Therefore, high shear processing technology has proved to be a relevant method to prepare nanocomposites with high performances without adding any additive and offers new perspectives for recycling and lightening structures. ViscositéIndex. décimale : 668.9 Polymères Résumé : A linear dependency of zero shear, constant shear-rate and constant shear-stress viscosities with temperature and hole fraction (“thermo-occupancy” function) was derived for polyacrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS), polypropylene (PP) and polystyrene (PS). The relation of viscosity parameters, such as transmission coefficient and a measure of activation energy coefficient, with shear-rate and shear-stress was also investigated and some conclusions on the differences for the studied polymers were discussed. In particular, it was found that, for all materials, the derivative of logarithm of viscosities at zero shear, constant shear-rate and constant shear-stress decreases with decreasing rate with the hole fraction.
- des données de capteurs qui transmettent divers aspects de son état de fonctionnement ;
- d'experts humains, tels que des ingénieurs ayant une connaissance approfondie et pertinente du domaine industriel ;
- d'autres machines similaires ;
- d'autres flottes de machines similaires ;
