- des données de capteurs qui transmettent divers aspects de son état de fonctionnement ;
- d'experts humains, tels que des ingénieurs ayant une connaissance approfondie et pertinente du domaine industriel ;
- d'autres machines similaires ;
- d'autres flottes de machines similaires ;

For his purpose, an eddy current sensor is being developed that allows 100 % non-contact online inspection of carbon fibre (CF) rovings. In previous publications, it was shown that the detection of fibre damage by means of eddy current is possible (JEC Composites Magazine, 2020, H. 136, S. 59-61) and that complex impedance can be evaluated by means of machine learning algorithms (JEC Composites Magazine, 2021, H. 141, S. 51-53. Mélanges de fibresIndex. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : The innovative fibre direct compounding (FDC) process from Arburg has been a recognized alternative to moulding pre-compounded long-galss-filled materials since at least 2012, and its area of application is expanding. It develops better prpoerties and can cut costs and CO2 emissions. The idea is to take glass fibre strands, cut them to length and feed them into the barrel of an injection moulding machine, where they ix with neat resin before the resulting compound is injected into a mould.

Matériaux céramiquesIndex. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : For several decades now, fibre-reinforced composites have established themselves as a lightweight, easily mouldable alternative to metallic designs. Especially when used in prepreg form, fibre-reinforced composites combine repeatable quality, remarkable stiffness-to-weight ratios and a high degree of design freedom with highly cost-effective tooling, which makes them a lear choice for performance-oriented, small-series production industries such as aircraft, space technology and high-end cars.
