Matériaux anti-sismiqueIndex. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : This paper mainly carries out the preliminary work for the design of an innovative three-way seismic isolator based on the metallic pseudo rubber-silicon rubber (MPR-SR) composite. First, the MPR-SR composite was prepared by adding the SR, a high-molecular polymer, to the MPR, and several MPR-SR specimens of different molding densities were prepared. Next, the specimens were subjected to compression and shear tests under quasi-static and dynamic loads, respectively. Several tests were carried out to reflect how these behaviors are affected by load amplitude, cycle count, loading frequency and molding density. The mechanical properties and damping features between the specimens were compared and analyzed in details. On this basis, the author examined the mechanical properties and SI mechanism of the MPR-SR composite. The results show that the MPR-SR composite has good recoverability under compressive and shear deformations: the composite can recover even if 40% of it has been deformed under compression and 80% under shear load; the hysteretic energy dissipation ability of the composite increases with the molding density; the loading frequency and cycle number have basically no impact on the compressive hysteretic behavior of the composite. To sum up, the MPR-SR enjoys good stiffness and energy dissipation ability, and serves as an excellent material for anti-corrosion, antioxidant three-way seismic isolator. Simulation par ordinateurIndex. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : This paper designs two molds based on stainless steel X39CrMo17-1, and studies their thermo-mechanical behavior through finite-element simulation on SolidWorks. Based on the simulation results, detailed analysis was carried out on the following aspects: the fluid distribution on the edge of each mode in a hot blowing cycle, the temperature distribution during the injection of thermoplastics, as well as the mechanical properties like deformation and stress resistances. The results show that, the two molds had no significant difference in air flow behavior at 30 bars; the variation of the airflow velocity field was less pronounced on the inner wall; the thermal stress was homogenous in both molds; the drawing rate on the inner wall was much higher than that on the outer wall ; the two molds had no significant elastic deformation under 150kN. Overall, the designed molds can keep the crystallization temperatures of the polyethylene terephthalate (PET). TempératureIndex. décimale : 620.1 Mécanique de l'ingénieur (mécanique appliquée) et matériaux Résumé : This paper attempts to disclose how temperature variation affects the electromagnetic shielding of a multilayer composite made of copper (Cu) fibers surrounded by silicon (Si). The model of the composite was fabricated by physical vapor deposition method, and tested with the temperature rising from room temperature (RT), 50°C, 85°C to 110°C. Under these temperatures, several electromagnetic shielding parameters of the composite were measured in various operating microwave frequencies (E, F, I and J bands). Among them, dielectric permittivity was acquired by LCR tester, magnetic permeability was measured by vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM), and the electromagnetic (EM) wave attenuation was recorded by typical microwave test bench. The results show that the composite had an EMI shielding of 20dB at 85° and 100dB at the RT ; the reflection loss of the composite (volume fraction: 0.32) was also 100dB at the RT. Thus, the temperature rise suppresses the reflection loss ; the composite has better electromagnetic shielding effect at the RT than at elevated temperatures ; the volume faction enhances the wave attenuation of the composite. The results provide a good reference for the design of stable electromagnetic shielding materials at elevated temperatures. Résonance magnétique nucléaireIndex. décimale : 620.13 Matériaux de construction : pierre, ciment, béton, liants de Résumé : This paper prepares an aerated concrete (AC) with gold tailings as the main material, and explores the influence of different phases of autoclave curing on the microstructure of the proposed AC. Three specimens were selected for nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) tests: the specimen not autoclaved after the 12h static curing, the specimen autoclaved for 0h in the autoclave (i.e. only heated up and cooled down), and the specimen autoclaved for 8h under constant temperature. The three specimens are denoted as NAC, AAC-0 and AAC-8, respectively. The internal structures of the specimens in each phase of autoclave curing were analyzed through 27Al NMR and 29Si NMR tests. The results show that the Si-O tetrahedrons in the AAC-8 specimen mainly exist in the form of Q2 structures ; the 1.1nm tobermite crystal is a chain silicate. The research results help to reveal the reaction mechanism of the AC in each phase of curing, and improve the performance of gold tailings-based AC.
1. Livraison aux raffineries pour l'extraction de l'huile de grignons ;
2. Epandage comme amendement sur les terres agricoles, de préférence après compostage ;
3. Emploi comme combustible pour le chauffage.
4. Fabrication du savon de Marseille.

SilanesIndex. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : This paper aims to disclose the effects of surface modification on the morphological, thermal and mechanical properties of olive pomace flour (OPF) reinforced polystyrene composites. First, the OPF was treated by the silane coupling agent : 3-(Trimethoxysilyl) propyl methacrylate (TMSPMA). Then, the treated OPF was added to polystyrene (PS) at different ratios, creating the composite samples. The structural and property changes resulting from this treatment were observed and discussed through Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), morphological analysis, thermal analysis and mechanical analysis. The results show that, with the growing OPF content, the tensile strength and elongation at break of the composites decreased, while the Young’s modulus increased; the composites prepared with the silane coupling agent were more thermally stable than the untreated composites ; the filler-matrix interaction was improved through the surface modification of the OPF by the TMSPMA). First, such a beam was modelled with a fourth-order ordinary differential equation, according to the first-order shear deformation theory. Then, the single finite Fourier cosine integral transform was modified to satisfy all the boundary conditions at the fixed ends,using the apriori knowledge, and provide an exact buckling mode (shape) function for the beam. Through the modified transform, the boundary value problem was converted to an algebraic eigenvalue problem, which canbe described by a set of homogeneous algebraic equations. For nontrivial solutions, the characteristic buckling equation was drived from the vanishing of the determinant of the coefficient matrix. Solving the characteristic buckling equation, the authors obtained the eigenvalues and thus derived the buckling loads. The critical buckling load was found to correspond to the first buckling mode. The proposed modified transform gave exact expressions for the buckling loads and the critical buckling load of the fixed ends, because the integral kernel function satisfies all the boundary conditions, and the transform on the domain governing equation satisfies all the domain equations. The solutions of our method agree well with the previous studies. Déchets industriels Résumé : The components of liquid radiography waste may be harmful or useful, depending on the composition of the raw material. This paper aims to remove the hazardous content from liquid radiography waste, while recoving the silver nanoparticles. The microwave plasma method was adopted to achieve this purpose. First, the conventional microwave oven was modified to generate the plasma in 100 mL liquid radiogrpahy waste at 500W. The plasma generation time was varied for 1, 3, 4, 7, and 10 min. In the treated liquid, the total suspended solid (TSS) was analyzed through ultraviolet spectrophotmetry, the silver (Ag) was examined through atomic absorption spectrophometory, and the biological oxygen demand (BOD) and chemical oxygen demand (COD) were discussed by titration method. In addition, the recovered silver was identified by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that the microwave plasma method reduced the TSS by 99.36 %, the Ag by 92.73 %, the pH by 3.42 %, the BOD by 57.13 %, and the COD by 57.14 % ; In addition, spherical shaped silver nanoparticles were indentified at some peaks with average crystallite size ranging from 2.64 nm to 65.64 nm. The research findings shed important new light on the recycling of liquid radiography waste. Note de contenu : - Hazardous content removal
