Efficacité in vivo : augmentation de l'hydratation cutanée à 28 jours (20 volontaires) - 5.

Index. décimale : 668.5 Parfums et cosmétiques Résumé : Traditionally, the hair care has always focused on the visible part of hair : the hair shaft. But nowadays, we know that stress, pollution, nutrition, UV radiation, etc., they all affect the whole hair structure, including the scalp and the follicle. Ail these factors generate oxidative stress on both scalp and hair, finally causing scalp redness and flaking as well as hair breakage and fragility. The new active ELAYA RENOVATM nourishes and reinforces all the elements of the hair structure, improving its volume, hydration and shine from within. Made from Olea europaea stem cells, the active ingredient's mechanism of action consists in delivering a nourishing proteo-lipidic matrix to both the scalp and the hair cortex to strengthen, volumize, hydrate and revitalize the damaged hair and scalp. Several in vitro, ex vivo and in vivo trials demonstrate the ingredient's activity and the new concept of restoring the Hair Tensegrity. A new way to deal with hair care, considering a 'skinification' approach. Vitamine DIndex. décimale : 668.5 Parfums et cosmétiques Résumé : Due to modern lifestyles and the lack of sun exposure, like recently experienced in the pandemic, there is a deficiency of vitamin D. The new active Lithops Pseudotruncatella Callus Lysate stimulates the epidermal cells to stimulate the synthesis of vitamin D and bring beneficial molecules to the skin. Made from Lithops pseudotruncatella stem cells, the active ingredient optimizes the skin microenvironment (strong spatial organization of cell membranes, maximization of light use, deep skin hydration boost and vitamin D activation) to strengthen, volumize, revitalize faded skin and get glowing D-Skin. A new cosmetic concept explained in the present article. Various in vitro and in vivo assays have been carried out to demonstrate the activity and efficacy of the active and the basis of this new concept supported by cosmetic science. A new and healthy way to deal with skin. Note de contenu : - An ignored pandemic : vitamin D deficiency

Peau -- Soins et hygièneIndex. décimale : 668.5 Parfums et cosmétiques Résumé : The skin microbiota and the brain are connected through an existing natural pathway where the microbiota is the first step.
The new active Kannabia SensePLF (INCI name: Cannabis Sativa Callus Lysate), is the first generation of Cannabis sativaplant stem cells and introduces the concept of in situpostbiotic. Through its mechanism of action, the active modulates the skin commensal microbiota to produce a positive in situ postbiotic cocktail that ignites the synthesis of happiness related neurochemicals from the skin that connects with the brain, turning into a wellbeing response and a healthier and stronger skin. Several in vitroand in vivotrials have been carried out to demonstrate the skin well-ageing effect, positive brain activation and modulation of mood state thanks to the active ingredient.Note de contenu : - The microbiota-skin brain axis
