VulcanisationIndex. décimale : 675 Technologie du cuir et de la fourrure Résumé : The recycling of leather solid waste not only involves resource utilization and environmental protection but also has important significance for the sustainable development of the leather industry. In this paper, the leather waste was crushed into fibers, which were stabilized and mixed with nitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR). The mixture was milled and vulcanized and a composite NBR-SLF (Stabilized Leather Fiber) is prepared for sealing material. The physical and mechanical properties, water resistance, oil resistance and aging resistance of NBR-SLF were tested and analyzed. It is found that the optimized NBR-SLF not only reduces the cost of raw material, but also changes the physical and mechanical performance of NBR. As a sealing material, it satisfies the substitution of NBR in terms of hardness and thermal stability. Especially the anti-aging ability is better than NBR. These tests were: Determination of thickness (TS 4117 EN ISO 2589), Determination of tensile strength and elongation (TS EN ISO 3376), Determination of tear load - Part 2: (Double edge tear) (TS 4118-2 EN ISO 3377-2), Leather - of distension and strength of grain (TS 4137 EN ISO 3379), Color fastness to water spotting (TS EN ISO 15700). Due to the low strength properties of turkey skin, a different usage area was tried to be created by making a decorative flower design. With the country's increasing awareness of environmental protection, the leather industry in China is facing tremendous problems such as high environmental pressure, low corporate management, low-tech production methods, and poor technological innovation capabilities. In response to these problems, Chinese tannery companies have actively reformed and innovated for the sustainable development of the leather industry by gradually improving the internai construction, actively assuming environmental responsibilities, and intensifying innovation. After surveying and researching the leather industry in China, this paper examines the development trend of Chinese leather industry and the countermeasures for existing problems, theoretically lays a firm base and provides necessary references for the sustainable development of the Chinese leather industry. Le plus répandu est le tannage aux sels de chrome, mais aussi à l’aluminiumIndex. décimale : 675 Technologie du cuir et de la fourrure Résumé : In this study, diff erent proportions (2.5%, 5% and 10%) of Aluminum sulfate were used as tanning agents during parchment production. The research was carried out on goat skin and also there were no usage of any tanning agents as control groups. Finished leathers have been exposed to ageing conditions. Before and aft er ageing color measurements on all fi nished leathers have been conducted with Konica Minolta CM-3600d brand spectrophotometer. The impacts of the aluminum sulfate utilized in the research on light fastness were also inspected by using an ATLAS-XENOTEST ALPHA+ test instrument. Visible whitening on the color of parchment was observed when tanning process with aluminum sulphate was performed. Note de contenu : - Material - Method

Then the refationship between structure stability and the moisture permeability and air permeability of naturel leather and temperature change is researched further : Thirdly, Setting 298K, 338K, 378K and 418K as simulation temperature, the change regulation of Root Mean Square Deviation (RMSD.) [the manner in which the RMSD of 1 cgd increases with rase in lemperature] and Radius of Gyration (RG) at four kinds of temperatures are researched respectively. These researches indicate that deviation level of the molecular structure of type I collagen is different from the original molecular structure at room temperature with the increase of temperature, and the structural stability of collagen molecules decreased with the increase of temperature, and the molecular structure of proteins becomes more compact. The study result is consistent with thermal shrinkage and wrinkling phenomenon of leather in macroscopic experiment.
