Simulation par ordinateurIndex. décimale : 675 Technologie du cuir et de la fourrure Résumé : In this paper, the microscopic spatial structure change of natural leather collagen Ill (i.e. 1bkv collagen) was simulated using Tinker software. The dynamics of the process for 1bkv [amino acid sequence number of Type III collagen] collagen was simulated at 300K, 320K, 340K and 360K, Through a series of analyses we find that Rg (radius of gyration) of all of the atoms of 1bkv collagen molecules increases with the increase of chosen temperature, and its average value decreases from 24.9Å to 21.0Å. Considering this along with the simulation trajectory of dynamics at different temperatures, people can find that the molecular chains of collagen gradually will become curved, and there's a large degree of bending at 360K. This is further evidence that the atomic distance between collagen molecules is getting smaller with the increase of the experimental set temperature, and it can also explain the mechanism of performance degradation of natural leather. It was found that the effect of temperature on the moisture permeability of natural sheepskin and regenerated leather was significantly greater than that of time. The performance and trend of moisture permeability of recycled leather under both time and temperature are similar to that of sheepskin as a whole. At a low temperature below 50°C, the moisture permeability of recycled leather is comparable to that of natural sheepskin ; as the temperature rises, its moisture permeability gradually opens up the gap with that of sheepskin. By SEM characterisation, it was found that the fibrous tissues of the natural sheepskin papilla layer were tightly connected and the fibrous tissues of the reticulated layer were loose and disordered ; the recycled leather mainly consisted of crushed fibrous waste and adhesive, and the fibres were stuck with adhesive between them. The purpose of this study is to test and analyse the mechanical properties of different parts of cattlehide. It was found that : the same piece of cattlehide has a large difference in mechanical properties in the transverse
direction and in the longitudinal direction. Fracture strength: neck > butt > belly, elongation at break : butt > belly > neck, tensile strength : butt > neck > belly. Fibre density is positively correlated with the fracture strength. The fibre density of the belly was 53% with poor bundling. The butt had a fibre density of 59%, with good bundling and large pores between fibres. The fibre density of the neck was 65%. There were small pores between fibres with loose fibre weaving, and disordered fibre arrangement. Differences in the structural shape of the fibres in the corium layer resulted in differences in the strength of the components.Note de contenu : - EXPERIMENTAL PROCEDURE : Experimental parameters - Experimental materials and apparatus

TempératureIndex. décimale : 675 Technologie du cuir et de la fourrure Résumé : Pigskin, cowhide and sheepskin are commonly used clothing materials in our life. The study of moisture permeability is very important. In this paper, the effects of temperature and humidity on the moisture permeability of three kinds of leather were studied. The results showed that the moisture permeability of the three kinds of leather increased with the increase of temperature, and the rising trends of pigskin and sheepskin were similar. When the temperature was greater than 20°C, their order of moisture permeability was cowhide > pigskin > sheepskin. With the increase of humidity, the moisture permeabilities of the three kinds of leather were close to each other, the changing trend of moisture permeability of pigskin and sheepskin was very similar. The moisture permeability of sheepskin is greatest at high humidity. By comparing the 3d surface and the mathematical model, it was found that humidity has a greater influence on its moisture permeability than temperature. PerméabilitéIndex. décimale : 675 Technologie du cuir et de la fourrure Résumé : In this paper, the comprehensive effects of environmental temperature and time on the moisture permeability of natural sheepskin and regenerated leather were compared and analysed by using MATLAB fitting and least square method and their regression equations were constructed respectively.
The microstructure comparison shows that both natural and recycled leathers are composed of protein fibres, which have many hydrophilic groups in their chains, therefore both have good moisture permeability which varies significantly with temperature. The moisture permeability of regenerated leather is slightly weaker than that of natural sheepskin leather. The reason is that latex molecules fill between the collagen fibres, which reduces the gaps through which water vapour can pass, while the papillary layer of natural sheepskin has a tight structure and has a wicking effect that regenerated leather does not.Note de contenu : - Correlation analysis between temperature and time of the moisture permeability of natural sheepskin and regenerated leather
