PolyuréthanesIndex. décimale : 675 Technologie du cuir et de la fourrure Résumé : A novel fluoro-silicone modified waterborne polyurethane emulsion was synthesized by using alcohol hydroxy-fluorosiloxane as the fluoro-silicone modified monomer of WPU (water-based polyurethane), and the GO/FSiWPU leather finishing agent was prepared by blending with graphene oxide (GO). The structure of FSiWPU emulsion and latex film was analyzed by FT-IR and XPS. The water contact angle, bacteriostatic and other application properties of the coated leather were also tested. FT-IR and XPS analysis showed that the fluorine silicon monomer was successfully introduced into the WPU chain segment. The contact angle of latex film to water is 121.95°. The antibacterial experiment showed that the diameter of Escherichia coli inhibition zone was about 10 mm in the leather sample coated with GO/FSiWPU emulsion (leather sample test diameter was 5 mm), indicating that the coated leather sample had excellent antibacterial performance. At the same time, the addition of GO and fluorosilicon monomer also improved the tensile strength, softness, yellowing resistance and wear resistance of the leather sample. Point isoélectriqueEn biochimie, le point isoélectrique (pI) ou potentiel hydrogène isoélectrique (pHI) est le pH auquel une molécule est sous forme d'ion mixte ou, en physico-chimie, le pH d'une solution aqueuse dans laquelle un solide existe sous un potentiel électrique neutre.
En physico-chimie : Selon Bolger, le caractère acide ou basique d'une surface s'exprime par son point isoélectrique " Is ou IEPS (Iso Electric point for the surface) " ou point de charge nulle " PCN ou PZC (Point of Zero Charge) ", défini comme étant le pH de la solution aqueuse dans laquelle le solide existe sous un potentiel électrique neutre. Si le pH de la solution est basique, la surface est acide, et inversement. La différence entre le PZC et l'IEPS est basée sur le phénomène d'adsorption spécifique. On peut considérer que si la grandeur mesurée ne dépend pas de la solution utilisée pour la mesurer (pH, concentration, nature des ions), alors on a affaire à un PZC. Dans le cas contraire, c'est un IEPS que l'on mesure. Par exemple, quand la mesure de goutte sessile à deux liquides est utilisée, on considère en général qu'il n'y a pas adsorption des ions de cette goutte et que la goutte déplace complètement l'alcane qui sert de deuxième liquide: on est alors en présence d’un PZC. Au contraire, dans les mesures de potentiel d'écoulement (streaming potential), la solution joue un rôle important et c'est un IEPS que l'on mesure. Enfin, la charge nette se définit grâce au pH de la solution aqueuse dans laquelle la surface métallique existe, dans un état électriquement neutre (c’est-à-dire [M-OH2+ surf]=[M-O- surf]) et au PZC.
- Si pH < PZC alors la charge nette est positive
- Si pH > PZC alors la charge nette est négative.
Il existe plusieurs méthodes expérimentales permettant de décrire l’état acido-basique de la surface : la mesure du potentiel d’écoulement, la photoélectrochimie, la mesure de l’angle de contact, et la spectroscopie XPS.

Tannage Résumé : In this study, the delimed and bated cattle hide was pre-tanned with 2% TWS tanning agent, after salt-free pickling the pre-tanned leather was combination-tanned using TWLZ tanning agent. The results showed that, with this combined tanning system, the shrinkage temperature of the TWS-TWLZ tanned leather increased with increasing the amount of TWLZ tanning agent. When the amount of TWLZ was 6%, the moisture and heat resistance of the crust leather tended to be balanced, and the shrinkage temperature reached the peak of 84.5 °C. Compared with conventional TWLZ tanning, the shrinkage temperature of the combined-tanned leather increased by 12.1 °C; the dispersion of TWLZ was much more even in the cross-section of leather, showing an increasing uptake rate as well, thus leading to a flat and fine grain surface, full body, no loose fibres, and higher mechanical strength of the combined-tanned leather. The TWS-TWLZ stepwise combined-tanning system represents a clean chrome-free tanning process. Details of the products used are restricted for commercial reasons but the detailed manner in which the process results are examined add to the presentation. Some details are given in the appendix. The extraction and treatment methods of pineapple leaf fibre, the blending and compatibility with chromium leather shavings, and the influence mechanism on the physical and mechanical properties of the composite material were discussed. The results showed that the pineapple leaf fibre must be soaked with degumming before use ; Pineapple leaf fibre molecules contain a large number of hydroxyl groups, a small number of carboxyl and aldehyde groups, which are homogenous with collagen fibre. These groups make the two macromolecules which have strong adsorption and affinity, and can form hydrogen bonds, ionic bonds, covalent bonds, van der Waals forces, electrostatic attraction, coordination and so on. When properly added, longer pineapple leaf fibres can play a physical entanglement and "bridging" role in the component system, reduce the aggregation of collagen fibres, and thus improve the performance of the composite. Résistance à la déchirureIndex. décimale : 675 Technologie du cuir et de la fourrure Résumé : This paper mainly analyzes the tear strength of different parts of cattle and sheep leather, and analyzes the reasons for the differences in tear strength from a microscopic perspective. The sampling of cattle and sheep leather in different parts was carried out and the tear strength data of different parts of cattle and sheep leather were obtained based on the unilateral tear experiment, and the mechanical properties were further analyzed. After the study, it was found that the tear strength of the cattle in the direction parallel to the spine was: neck> belly> back> butt, and the tear strength of sheepskin was: belly> neck> back> butt. Perpendicular to the spine, the tear strength of the cowhide is: neck> back> belly> butt, and the tear strength of sheepskin is: belly> back> neck> butt. The tear strength of sheepskin is generally less than that of cowhide. SEM images and collagen fibre weaving analysis showed that the tear strength of cowhide was greater than that of sheepskin due to differences in collagen orientation, porosity, and fibre bundle diameter. The proportion of the corium and the tightness of the collagen fibres make the tear strength difference between different parts of the cowhide, and tanning will have a greater impact on the parts with tighter fibre weaving. The proportion of the grain, the direction and tightness of collagen fibre weaving affect the difference in tear strength of each part of the sheepskin to a certain extent. After preparing such composites with neoprene/chromium leather fillings and adding 15% of pineapple leaf fibre, we examined the properties of RL/NA/PLF tensile strength and elongation at break, tensile strength and collapse strength, elongation at break and collapse height, permeability and 15min water absorption, permeability and 24h water absorption, 15min and 24h water absorption, 24h water absorption and surface wetting, tensile strength and 15min water absorption, tensile strength and 24h water absorption, tensile strength and 24h water absorption, resistance. The results showed that the correlations between tensile strength and surface wettability, collapse strength and permeability, collapse strength and 15min water absorption, collapse strength and surface wettability are opposite to the corresponding indexes of RL/NA. This result is due to the pineapple leaf fibre itself having high strength, low elongation, good water absorption and good air permeability characteristics, which give these results when coupled with the interaction with neoprene adhesive and chrome tanned leather collagen fibre. Tannage Résumé : In recent years, there has been a growing focus on amphoteric retanning materials due to their crucial role in enhancing the electropositivity of retanned leather and improving the absorption of anionic dyes and fatliquors. This paper introduces a novel design and successful preparation of amphoteric retanning agents. Initially, a series of poly(N-vinylformamide-co-acrylic acid) copolymers were synthesized through a free radical copolymerization reaction initiated by azodiisobutyamidine hydrochloride. Subsequently, these polymers were hydrolyzed to produce an amphoteric retanning agent (A-PVAm) with a solid content of 15%(Wt). Their structures were characterized using FT-IR, and their isoelectric points were determined through a zeta potential analyzer. Following this, a fluorescent tracer (FA-PVAm) was synthesized by reacting fluorescein 5-isothiocyanate with A-PVAm. This tracer was utilized to monitor the real-time penetration and mass transfer of A-PVAm during the retanning process as a signaling agent. The mass transfer of A-PVAm was observed concerning dosage and running time. It was observed that within 60 minutes, A-PVAm could evenly distribute throughout the leather. In instances where the retanning agent dosage was inadequate, the inner part of the crust showed minimal presence of the retanning agent. However, at dosages exceeding 20%, the retanning agent exhibited uniform distribution within the leather. The utilization of the fluorescent tracing technique proved effective in creating a tracer to monitor the penetration of the amphoteric acrylic resin retanning agent in leather. Neutralité carboneIndex. décimale : 675 Technologie du cuir et de la fourrure Résumé : Aiming at the Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality goals which were clearly put forward after the China leather products import and export volume values change problem, this article adopts a theoretical analysis, statistical data analysis and numerical visualization method from the China leather industry main products import and export trade volumes value analysis of the “Dual Carbon” goal formulation. Following the leather products trade development characteristics, we arrive at the China leather industry import and export trade response and assist with the “Dual carbon” target conclusion. The research shows that: taking the import and export amounts as a benchmark, China’s leather main products as a whole showed a trade surplus trend. The travel categories of goods and bags and the shoes and boots products export volumes have been growing steadily. The two categories of China's leather products export amounts accounted for the largest proportion. China’s leather industry import and export trade actively responded to the national “Dual carbon” goal, the import and export product structure, market share and import and export trade mode optimization and upgrading and the accompanying series of measures.
