The development of the leather manufacturing industry as represented by shoe industry has caused serious damage to the environment. In order to explain the concept of green production based on the River ecological environment, the article compares the situation of River ecological environment and resource consumption in actual leather production based on Eco-indicator99 and CML2001 evaluation methods. The results show that both the Eco-indicator99 and CML2001 evaluation methods are helpful to evaluate and study the manufacturing process of leather products more completely and at the same time we are able to put forward measures to improve production. The analysis shows that the influencing laws of each factor on the total physical and mechanical properties of RL/CR and each of the typical physical and mechanical properties is basically consistent. The influence weights in order from high to low are: the amount of sizing, hot pressing pressure, hot pressing temperature and hot pressing time, among which the influence of hot pressing time on RL/CR performance is very weak and can be ignored. It was found that the best appearance of the composite plate was that prepared by adding 15% pineapple leaf fibre. Compared with the composite plate without pineapple leaf fibre, it was found that the tensile strength, elongation at break, collapse height, collapse strength and air permeability were reduced compared with the original, while the water permeability, surface wettability and water absorption were greatly improved. MicroscopieIndex. décimale : 675 Technologie du cuir et de la fourrure Résumé : Because of its inherent growth, the cattlehide varies from one part to another. The purpose of this study is to test and analyse the mechanical properties of different parts of cattlehide. It was found that : the same piece of cattlehide has a large difference in mechanical properties in the transverse
direction and in the longitudinal direction. Fracture strength: neck > butt > belly, elongation at break : butt > belly > neck, tensile strength : butt > neck > belly. Fibre density is positively correlated with the fracture strength. The fibre density of the belly was 53% with poor bundling. The butt had a fibre density of 59%, with good bundling and large pores between fibres. The fibre density of the neck was 65%. There were small pores between fibres with loose fibre weaving, and disordered fibre arrangement. Differences in the structural shape of the fibres in the corium layer resulted in differences in the strength of the components.Note de contenu : - EXPERIMENTAL PROCEDURE : Experimental parameters - Experimental materials and apparatus

TannageIndex. décimale : 675 Technologie du cuir et de la fourrure Résumé : Mechanical tensile and tear tests are used for qualitatively evaluating leather. The tests express the physical response of the tanned collagen fibre bundles subjected to stretching. Unlike mammals, the collagen fibre bundles in fishskins form overlapping layers, oblique to each other. This arrangement can influence the mechanical behaviour of the material and, therefore, must be taken into account when establishing the specimenʼs directions. Despite this peculiarity and due to the absence of specific technical norms for the position and preparation of specimens for testing, qualitative research with fish leather has used parameters established for mammals. Thus, this study aimed to verify the influence of the collagen fibre bundle arrangement as observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), on the qualitative aspects of Nile Tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) leather. The skins were tanned with chrome, associated with oxazolidine. Tilapia leathers were analysed for their physical-mechanical properties, adopting cut directions of parallel, perpendicular, dorsal-ventral and ventral-dorsal, all with reference to the Tilapia cephalocaudal axis. Skin and leather evaluation through scanning electronic microscopy (SEM) revealed layers with continuous fibres bundles interspersed by layers of continuous fibres arranged in an oblique direction. The data revealed no statistical difference for the side (right and left) from which the specimens were taken. However, different behaviours of tensile strength, percentage elongation, and tear strength were observed. The tensile strength of the orange-brown leather was higher for the perpendicular direction and lower for cutting in the parallel direction. Regarding stretching, the parallel cut presented the highest value, lower for the dorsal-ventral and ventral-dorsal cuts. As for tear strength, higher values, were observed for the perpendicular and ventral-dorsal cuts. Results showed the influence of skin organisation on leather resistance and the need for method standardisation, elaborating specific norms for the qualitative evaluation of fish leather. Tannage Résumé : Tannery wastewater contains a high concentration of total nitrogen, and its direct discharge will lead to eutrophication of water bodies, thus the treatment of total nitrogen in tannery wastewater has become the focus of environmental protection. In this paper, total nitrogen removal rate in tannery wastewater was investigated as an index, and sm-A3 cationic starch was used as an initiator to optimise the modification process of flocculant produced by Bacillus cereus CZ1001. In the modification optimisation process, single-factor optimisation experiments and orthogonal optimisation experiments were conducted on the dosage of cationic starch, bioflocculant, initiator, reaction time, reaction temperature, pH and rotational speed of the reaction system. The results showed that with cationic starch (2mL) 0.3 g/L, bioflocculant (25mL) 4.5g/L, initiator (0.02mol/L) dosage 2mL, reaction time in the first stage 7.5min, reaction temperature 55°C and the reaction system pH7.0, the highest total nitrogen removal rate of 89.22% was achieved for the tannery wastewater, and finally, we produced a cationic starch modified bioflocculant with high nitrogen removal rate. This research result reduced the environmental impact of tannery wastewater and broadened the treatment pathway of tannery wastewater. Note de contenu : - EXPERIMENTAL PROCEDURE : Material and method
