Traction (mécanique)Index. décimale : 675 Technologie du cuir et de la fourrure Résumé : In this paper, the pearson product moment correlation coefficient analysis method is used to show that the tensile strength of RL/CR is highly positively correlated with the elongation at break, the bursting height is highly positively correlated with the bursting strength, the tensile strength is highly positively correlated with the bursting strength, and the bursting height is negatively correlated with the elongation at break. The air permeability of RL/CR is not correlated with 15 minutes water absorption, but is negatively correlated with 24 hours water absorption and surface wettability ; The 15 minutes water absorption of RL/CR is negatively correlated with the 24 hours water absorption and the surface wettability ; The surface wettability is positively correlated with 24 hours water absorption.
The tensile strength of RL/CR is negatively correlated with air permeability, highly positively correlated with 15 minutes and 24 hours water absorption, and highly negatively correlated with surface wettability. Produits et matériaux recyclésIndex. décimale : 675 Technologie du cuir et de la fourrure Résumé : In this paper, the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process ) method is used to establish the mathematical model of four influencing factors, namely the amount of sizing, hot pressing temperature, hot pressing pressure and hot pressing time, regarding the physical and mechanical properties and comprehensive properties of RL/CR (RL recycled leather, CR chloroprene rubber adhesive). The analysis shows that the influencing laws of each factor on the total physical and mechanical properties of RL/CR and each of the typical physical and mechanical properties is basically consistent. The influence weights in order from high to low are: the amount of sizing, hot pressing pressure, hot pressing temperature and hot pressing time, among which the influence of hot pressing time on RL/CR performance is very weak and can be ignored. Waste chromed cow leather was used as raw materials and bonded with chloroprene rubber adhesive (CR adhesive). The effect of process factors on the surface wettability and the water absorption under complete immersion conditions of the finished product were studied in this article. The study Pound : When the amount of the CR adhesive was enhanced, the effect was to reduce the surface wettability and the 15 minutes and 24 hours water absorption of the bonded leather; when the temperature increased, the effect was to increase the surface wettability and reduce the 15 minutes and 24 hours water absorption of the bonded leather; the time has no effect on the wet characteristics of the bonded leather; when the pressure was increased, the effect was to reduce the surface wettability of the bonded leather, and the time has no effect on the water absorption. Recycling waste chrome shavings is carried out in a clean, simple, low-consumption manner inspired by the technology of solid wood particle board in the furniture industry, thus making high value products. This paper prepared bonded leather (BL) using CR adhesive and a vulcanising machine, the BL prepared had gond gas permeability, water absorption, and adequate tensile strength, the optimal hot-pressing conditions and formulae used were: (1) latex ratio 20%, 70°C, 5 minutes and 3MPa; (2) latex ratio 23%, 80°C, 4 minutes and 3MPa; (3) latex ratio 18%, 80°C, 5 minutes and 6MPa.
