Bien qu'ils ne soient pas directement à l'origine des sinistres, les câbles, par leur caractère linéaire, peuvent contribuer à leur propagation. D'où le besoin de trouver des solutions. This passive film is stabilised by the high concentrarion of hydroxyl ions in the pore electrolyte of the material which effectively stifles tha anodic dissolution of Ferrous ions so that the corrosion rate remains negligible. the high density and impermeability of the matrix protects the steel from water, oxygen, and chlorides. Malshe, Auteur Année de publication : 1998 Article en page(s) : p. 37-46 Note générale : Bibliogr. Langues : Anglais (eng) Tags : 'Acrylique acide ester' Fabrication Estérification Transestérification Catalyseur 'Echangeur ion' 'Equipement industriel' 'Choix matériau' ester 2-éthylhexyle' Index. décimale : 667.9 Revêtements et enduits Résumé : Acrylates, esters of acrylic acid, have great industrial demand due to the excellent quality, high strength polymers formed by their polymerization or co-polymerization. The manufacture ofacrylate is an equilibrium controlled esterification reaction and water ofesterification must be removed as fast as possible to enhance the reaction rate. Lower acrylates (C4 and below) and higher acrylates (above C4) are manufactured by different procedures. Manufacture of 2-ethyl hexyl acrylate using sulfuric acid as catalyst is described here. The process can be carried out using ion exchange catalyst as discussed in the later part. Apart from the removal of water the other technical difficulties are polymerization of acrylic acid and its ester, handling of the reactants and products due to their toxic nature. Some aspects of polymerization inhibitors and handling and storage of these chemicals are highlighted here. Note de contenu : - Manufacture of acrylic acid
