Titre : Self-healing ceramic matrix composites Type de document : texte imprimé Auteurs : Sébastien Bertrand, Auteur ; Franck Lamouroux, Auteur ; Stéphane Goujard, Auteur ; Eric Bouillon, Auteur Année de publication : 2006 Article en page(s) : p. 75-79 Note générale : Bibliogr. Langues : Anglais (eng) Tags : 'Fibre minérale' Aéronautique 'Application militaire' 'Propriété thermique' mécanique' Endommagement 'Silicium carbure' carbone' céramique' 'Céramique sans oxyde' 'Matériau renforcé fibre' 'Tissu textile' 'Composite matrice composite' Cicatrisation Index. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : In order to achieve the high performance levels required by future jet engines, Snecma Propulsion Solide has developed a new ceramic matrix composites (CMC) concept that is based mainly on the use of a self-healing matrix technology and a multilayer woven reinforcement. Snecma's line of development has focused on increasing both the lifetime and the temperature capability of previous C/SiC and SiC/SiC materials, using a monolithic SiC CVI matrix and finishing treatment against oxidation. The first material to be developed with this new approach is CERASEP®A410, using Hi-NicalonTM fibres from Nippon Carbon.
