Note de contenu : - Quelles matières premières végétales ?

SurfactantsIndex. décimale : 668.1 Agents tensioactifs : savons, détergents Résumé : Fluoratinated surfactats are amphiphilic molecules with a perfluorocarbon chain as hydrophobic part. The high bond strength between fluorine and carbon gives to those products a very high thermal and chemical stability. Because of this stability, fluorinated surfactants are used in aqueous fire fighting foams. In this paper, the behaviour in aquesous solution of a fluorinated surfactant is studied in terms of surface tension measurements, phase diagram and permeability face to permeability face to hydrocarbon vapours. The results show that this fluorinated surfactant cn be used as the main component in recipes for high performance fire fighting foams. Glycolipides
