Son objectif est de produire des biens et services tout en limitant fortement la consommation et le gaspillage des matières premières, et des sources d'énergies non renouvelables ;

However, there is still plenty of untapped potential for making more efficient use of cost-intensive starting material. Note de contenu : - Rising demand for LS standard parts
- Untapped resources
- Circular economy through powder reprocessing
- Excess powder in the LS process
- Reducing material costs and energy consumption

Revêtements -- Aspect de l'environnement:Peinture -- Aspect de l'environnementIndex. décimale : 667.9 Revêtements et enduits Résumé : To meet current and future challenges, the potential for optimising products and production processes must be identified and analysed. The results of a life cycle management study on automotive painting that considers both economic and environmental aspects are presented. Significant benefits can be obtained by combining two painting stages into a single operation. Note de contenu : - Life cycle management considers environmental and economic aspects
- Multi-valued methodology is needed
- Environmental survey based on recognised standards
- Existing paint process can be optimised
- Key process steps and conditions defined
- Economic and environmental boundaries differ
- Energy use reduced
- Evaluation concept can be extended in several ways
- Main impacts of new process summarised
- FIGURES : 1. Morphological approach for a holistic comparison of technologies - 2. Basis for activity-based cost calculations - 3. System boundaries of the automotive painting process and illustration of painting concepts investigated - 4. System boundaries of environmental and economic study - 5.
