CannabinoïdesLes cannabinoïdes sont un groupe de substances chimiques qui activent les récepteurs cannabinoïdes (en) présents dans le corps humain et chez les mammifères.
Le premier cannabinoïde isolé fut le tétrahydrocannabinol, puis le cannabidiol et les autres cannabinoïdes. Ces découvertes ont été initiées et effectuées dans les années 1960 par le Pr. Raphael Mechoulam, chercheur israélien. Il existe environ 100 différents cannabinoïdes présents dans la plante de cannabis et des chercheurs dans le monde entier étudient actuellement leurs potentiels effets thérapeutiques et leurs mécanismes de fonctionnement dans le corps humain.
Il existe trois types de cannabinoïdes :
- les cannabinoïdes végétaux (phytocannabinoïdes), présents dans les Cannabis sp. ou produits de la dégradation du tétrahydrocannabinol ;
- les cannabinoïdes endogènes (endocannabinoïdes) sécrétés par certains organismes animaux ;
- les cannabinoïdes synthétiques, élaborés en laboratoire
- Cannabinoïdes végétaux (phytocannabinoïdes) :
En opposition aux cannabinoïdes synthétiques, les phytocannabinoïdes sont synthétisés par une plante. De ce fait, il est difficile de pouvoir garantir la composition finale de chaque échantillon végétal. (Wikipedia)
Evaluation
Ingrédients cosmétiques
KératinocytesLes kératinocytes sont des cellules constituant 90 % de la couche superficielle de la peau (épiderme) et des phanères (ongles, cheveux, poils, plumes, écailles). Ils synthétisent la kératine (kératinisation), une protéine fibreuse et insoluble dans l'eau, qui assure à la peau sa propriété d'imperméabilité et de protection extérieure.
L'épiderme est divisé en 4 couches basées sur la morphologie des kératinocytes (de l'intérieur vers l'extérieur) :
1. stratum germinativum (couche basale à la jonction avec le derme)
2. stratum spinosum
3. stratum granulosum
4. stratum lucidum
5. stratum corneum
Les kératinocytes passent progressivement de la couche basale vers les couches supérieures par différenciation cellulaire jusqu'au stratum corneum ou ils forment une couche de cellules mortes nommées squames, par apoptose. Cette couche constitue une barrière de protection et réduit la perte d'eau de l'organisme.
Les kératinocytes sont en perpétuel renouvellement. Ils mettent environ 1 mois pour aller de la couche basale au stratum corneum mais ce processus peut être accéléré en cas d'hyperprolifération de kératinocyte (psoriasis).

- Matériel et Méthodes : Les demi‐visages (droits ou gauches, choisis de manière aléatoire) de deux groupes de femmes Caucasiennes ont été étudiés sur 24 petites zones (élasticité) et 41 autres (hydratation) par deux instruments à sondes de petite taille (Cutometer® and Corneometer®, respectivement). L'hydratation a été mesurée à différents temps (jusqu’à 24 heures) après l'application d'un produit fortement hydratant. Les valeurs enregistrées des deux côtés du visage ont ensuite été regroupées et positionnées par digitalisation sur une image virtuelle de visage féminin, et illustrées par une échelle d'intensité blanc (basses valeurs) et bleu (hautes valeurs).
- Résultats : La répartition cartographique des deux paramètres évalués (sur demi‐visages de différents sujets) montre une symétrie parfaite vis à vis de l'axe du nez. Cependant, elle fait apparaître de légères différences mais significatives le long du visage. Les régions des tempes sont moins élastiques que celles du menton ou du front. Les parties hautes et basses du front montrent une certaine disparité de leur élasticité. Les joues sont significativement moins aptes à retenir l'hydratation induite (perdue 2 heures après application de produit hydratant) que les régions sous oculaires ou du menton qui la conservent jusqu’à 24 heures. La recherche de relations entre ces deux propriétés cutanées s'est logiquement avérée négative.
