Technique de la productionIndex. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : Minimizing production cost and component weight in complex composite parts is often a mutually exclusive challenge. However major advancements in Tailored Fibre Placement (TFP) technology and high-performance liquid resin systems allow for designs that are both lightweight and cost competitive. Note de contenu : - TFP technology and high-performance resins empower composite manufacturing
- An impressive decrease in the number of layup preforms for aircraft art productionPermalink : https://e-campus.itech.fr/pmb/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=37180

Production en sérieIndex. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : Polyvinyl alcohol offers the outstanding attribute of solubility in water with simultaneous high resistance to most contact chemicals. The plastic has been little known until recently, primarily because it could only be processed into film, but manufacturing injection-molded parts from it was not possible. This changed with the solutions discovered by the Austro-Polish injection molding company Buzek Plastic, which developed in several evolutionary steps a mass production technology for making water-soluble, multi-chamber laundry detergent containers. Note de contenu : - Short-chained with varying attributes
- PVAL injection molding means breaking new ground
- How an application technology is becoming a project in itx own right

Technique de la productionIndex. décimale : 667.9 Revêtements et enduits Résumé : The use of a state-of-the-art power and free conveyor system has allowed a Turkish radiator manufacturer to improve the efficiency of its production processes. The robust, durable conveyor connects several of the company's welding lines fully automatically with the dip painting and surface coating zones and a packaging line. Note de contenu : - Maximum flexibility in the material flow
- Efficient handling
- Sustainable, phased pretreatment process
- Different coating methods combined in one process
- Automatic empty mode
- Fig. 1 : After being loaded, the radiators and panels are sorted and transferred first of all to a buffer zone where they can be stored temporarily and take up very little space
- Fig. 2 : The radiators and panels are transported to a large allocation buffer before passing through all the phases of the production process
- Everyminute radiators totalling ten metres in length are transported on descending and ascending sections of the conveyor through a dip tank for paintingPermalink : https://e-campus.itech.fr/pmb/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=31000

Technique de la productionIndex. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : To produce FRP components in large quantities, novel approaches are required in the preforming industries. One possible solution is to transfer steel procesing technologies such as tailored blanks, tailored tubes and assembly lines to preform production. Further developments in single and mult-step preforming are described in this paper on the basis of a typical process chain. Note de contenu : - TYPICAL PROCESS CHAIN
