Le second groupe en importance de matériaux en silicone est celui des résines de silicone, formées par des oligosiloxanes ramifiés ou en forme de cage (wiki).Index. décimale : 667.9 Revêtements et enduits Résumé : The fluorine-silicone modified acrylate-dibutyl fumarate emulsions were successfully prepared via semi-continuous seed emulsion polymerisation technology when MMA, DBF, VTES and HFMA were used to be the co-polymerised monomers and the mixture of SDBS and APG and KPS were used as the emulsifier and the initiator, respectively. The optimum recipe of preparing the emulsion is as follows : the amount of emulsifiers is 5% and the mass ratio of SDBS and APG is 1:4 ; the amount of initiator is 0.6% and the content of the fluorine monomer and silicon monomer is 6% and 8%, respectively. In comparison with the acrylate-dibutyl fumarate emulsion without fluorine monomer and silicon monomer, the thermal stability and the water resistance of the modified emulsion film are clearly improved. The mixed monomers of MMA, BA and vinyl triethoxysilane (VETS) were initiated with potassium persulphate (KPS). The structure and properties of the resultant latex were characterised by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and contact angle (CA). The conditions for preparing the latex were instigated in detail. Results indicate that the optimal conditions of preparing the latex are as follows: the amount of mixed emulsifiers is 6.0% ; the optimum mass ratio of AE-100 to ES-4305 is 1:1.5 ; the amount of initiator is 0.7% ; the mass rate of main monomers of MMA: BA =1:1 and amount of VIES is 6.0%. In addition, the resultant latex shows good thermal stability and hydrophobicity. Note de contenu : - EXPERIMENT : Materials - Preparation of modified latex - Characterisation

Réticulation (polymérisation)Index. décimale : 667.9 Revêtements et enduits Résumé : In recent years, a lot of interest has been given to renewable resources for their environmental friendliness and potential biodegradability in the synthesis of urethane-derived polymers. In this work, UV-curable castor oil-based polyfunctional polyurethane acrylate (COPUA) was prepared by the reaction of isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) with castor oil and pentaerythritol triacrylate (PETA). The structures and molecular weights of the targeted IPDI–PETA and COPUA were characterized by FTIR, 1H NMR, and GPC, respectively. In addition, the effect of reactive diluent content on damping properties, thermal stabilities, and mechanical properties of COPUA was characterized by dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), and universal test machine. DMA revealed the copolymers had a glass transition temperature (T g) from 31.81 to 48.09°C. TGA showed that thermal initial decomposition temperatures were above 344.5°C, indicating the copolymers had certain thermal stability. Finally, some physical properties of curing films were studied by the contact angle and water absorption, and the results showed that the coatings exhibited good hydrophobicity. The COPUA obtained from castor oil can be used as eco-friendly materials and other applications alternative to the use of other petrochemicals in coatings. UréeIndex. décimale : 675 Technologie du cuir et de la fourrure Résumé : In order to develop an eco-friendly polymer, a novel superabsorbent polymer was synthesized by grafting the alkaline hydrolysis product of Leather waste (LW) to a copolymer of acrylic acid (AA) and acrylamide (Afv1)(PLW-g-(AA-co-AM) with microwave method assistance. The morphology of the samples was examined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Through a single factor experiment, various factors were explored which may affect the water absorption of such a superabsorbent polymer du ring preparation. The results showed that the optimum technological conditions of synthesizing PLW-g-(AA-co-AM) were : dosage of LW 15wt.% of total monomer mass, cross-linking agent 0.06wt.°/0 of monomer mass, neutralization degree 75%, AA: AM= 6 :1, initiator 0.6wt.% of monomer mass. According to this procedure, the PLW-g-(AA-co-AM) with a water-absorbency of 1191.5g/g and salt-absorbency of 94.4g/g was obtained. The product was used as adsorbant for urea, the urea load rate reached 87.76% when the concentration of urea was 10g/L. Meanwhile, the release of urea from the loaded PLW-g-(AA-co-AM) in deionized water exhibited specific release properties.
