TubesIndex. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : Tube and Cap - Produced jointly, ready to fill and already decorated in a single step and on a single machine. That is the impressive result of an all-electric injection molding manufacturing cell with cube mold technology, which more than halves the unit costs and logistics overheads. The new process also reduces material and energy consumption compared to conventional tube production.
- des données de capteurs qui transmettent divers aspects de son état de fonctionnement ;
- d'experts humains, tels que des ingénieurs ayant une connaissance approfondie et pertinente du domaine industriel ;
- d'autres machines similaires ;
- d'autres flottes de machines similaires ;

TraçabilitéIndex. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : Industry 4.0 is characterized by autonomous production systems in which the “things”, so-called assets, communicate with each other and decide independently. This can be achieved through digital twins as a virtual representation of these assets and digital shadows as decision supporters. The following article demonstrates the use of digital twins for molds in injection molding through the integration of track-and-trace technologies for data collection. Note de contenu : - The asset administration shell as digital twin
- Classification of RFID compared to other tracking technologies
- Greater transparency in production
- Optimization through the digital shadow
- Fig. 1 : Basic structure of the asset administration shell, consisting of the manifest and the components manager
- Fig. 2 : Using the asset administration shell, the mold is represented as a digital twin and exchanges information via RFID with its environment, e.g. with the storage position, the injection molding machines and unloading stations
- Fig. 3 : The digital shadow uses the data recorded by RFID to suggest an optimum storage position for the mold and to carry this out if a staff member confirms itEn ligne : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1I0MJzrlvotOmLUsUV97GLyDBafw0weqn/view?usp=drive [...] Format de la ressource électronique : Permalink : https://e-campus.itech.fr/pmb/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=37060

ThermodurcissablesIndex. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : An injection molding machine not only processes plastics – it can also be used as a measuring instrument for the characterization of thermosetting plastic materials. And that is precisely what a material producer has now succeeded in doing with an installation in his test center. Hereby, he not only created a reliable quality tool, but also generated a large material data base. Note de contenu : - Every cycle counts
- Different sensors for the measurement values
- All data must be merged
- Quality assurance - Yesterday and today
- FIGURES : 1. The sketch shows the additional pressures and temperatures that must be measured, as well as the torque - 2 3-D model of the redesigned plasticizing unit : two melt pressure sensors are fitted in the melting zone, two additional temperature sensors on the inner wall of the barrel - 3. The additional hydraulic sensors measure the outflow and return flow pressures of the hydraulic motor, enabling the torque to be recorded during the complete cycle - 4. Complete merging of all measurement values is required to describe the state of thermossetting molding compounds - 5. For the first time, several cycles can be synchronized and output automatically, and be analyzed in their entirety - 6. Material sample 1 exhibits a higher melt pressure and a different metering behavior than sample 2. This confirms that a recipe component is missing in sample 1
