Robots industriels
Temps de cycle (production)Index. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : Process integration and the corresponding automation solutions are important keys to better quality and lower piece costs. However, both trends tend to complicate the processes and lead to several control systems that have to communicate with each other in real time. Overall efficiency cannot be improved further unless peripheral controls are entirely integrated in molding machine control. Large multi-axis industrial robots used in conjunction with injection molding machines with high clamping forces are no longer an exception from the rule. Note de contenu : - Simple control for complex processes
- Zero time removal for faster processes
- The level of automation rises further

Temps de cycle (production) -- RéductionIndex. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : All-electric or hybrid ? - Often, it is only the three principal movements of moldclosing, plastication and injection that are executed electrically on an electric injection molding machine. Yet, there is further potential for boosting production efficiency and product quality by converting the classic secondary movements, e.g. of rotary tables, ejectors and core pullers, from hydraulic to electro-mechanical drives. Note de contenu : - Electric rotary tables shorten cycle times
- Sensitive electric ejectors
- Electric core pullers : often still a challenge
- Synchronized movements allow highly integrated processes
- Medical technology is one of the biggest driversPermalink : https://e-campus.itech.fr/pmb/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=18621

UsinageIndex. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : Over the past 20 years, Hehnke has developed from a two-man contract manufacturer to a high-volume vehicle component manufacturer. Where once simple applications worked, today complex turnkey systems ensure high quality serial production of complete functional units for motor vehicles. One example is the production of sensor housing covers for the electronic accelerator pedals of several premium automotive manufacturers. ServomécanismesIndex. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : Increasing energy costs go hand in hand with a growing public awareness and sensitivity to environmental and climate protection. Plastics processors, too, face new challenges from the German energy revolution. The injection molding machine manufacturer Boy has tailored its choice of products to this challenge, promising that, with the use of a servo drive, processors can obtain energy savings of up to 55 % compared to conventional machines with hydraulic flow control and variable delivery pump. Matières plastiques -- Moulage par injection -- Appareils et matérielIndex. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : Injection Molding Production - In view of the rising energy prices and the discussions surrounding carbon footprints, plastics processors today have no alternative but to make their processes as energy-efficient as possible. One strategic pillar here are investments in all-electric injection molding machines. What is often underestimated, however, is the savings potential in the injection mold itself. Selective exploitation of the findings here also boosts the performance capability of the mold. Note de contenu : - Melt heat should account for the most part
- Friction generates heat - and a higher pressure demand
- The heating of the cooling water is inefficient
- Advantages of stack molds and electric core puller drivesPermalink : https://e-campus.itech.fr/pmb/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=18903
