Robots industrielsTags : 'Ramasseur de carottes pneumatiques" Index. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : Besides custom-made automation solutions, there is also increasing global demand for standardized robots. In many automation projects, they help to achieve a combination of high performance and high cost-efficiency. With the new pic A pneumatic sprue picker, the market now has a flexible, compact solution for separating sprues, and easy removal of small injection-molded parts. Note de contenu : - Movements in confined spaces
- Robust mechanical systems
- Standardized operating logic across the entire cell
- Extra reliability
- Figure : The development process extends from the predecessor model ER-USP via multiple concept studies to the swivel-arm design of the current pic A
- Fig. 1 : The swivel arm replaces the fixed X-axis
- Fig. 2 : In the park position, the swivel arm is completely folded in. In this way, the pic A does not need to be demounted for setting up the injection molding machine
- Fig. 3 : The triangular kinematics converts the vertical drive movement into a horizontal linear demolding movement
- Fig. 4 : To eject the sprues, the axis turns to the side through 90°C
- Fig. 5 : The discharge chute for deposition of the sprues is very compactly integrated into the injection molding machinesEn ligne : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1FzPsxlfz0YacWC-mdmmO33GXeco_bE0X/view?usp=drive [...] Format de la ressource électronique : Permalink : https://e-campus.itech.fr/pmb/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=34073

Température -- ContrôleIndex. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : Bielefeld University of Applied Sciences has succeeded in developing an injection mold that does not require conventional liquid-based temperature control. Heat equalization is effected by means of heat pipes instead. Mold design and heat-pipe selection are based on the outcome of thermal simulations, which yield reliable results thanks to an unconventional approach. Note de contenu : - Ways to cool slim cores
- Problem solved by omitting media-based temperature control
- Successful simulation through the use of head pipe characteristic maps
- Characteristic map determination and in-house qualification
- New approach to simulating head flow in the mold
- FIGURES : 1. Conventional temperature control of cores is based on the use of heat-conducting inserts or the flow of liquid media - 2. Heat pipes exploit the temperature difference between heat source and heat sink
- 3. The capillary effect can be generated by different internal structures in the heat pipes - 4. Controlling the temperature of a core with a heat pipe - 5. No-cool mold for a cap application ; the heat pipes and removed core inserts are shown in the foreground - 6. Test rig for determining heat pipe characteristic maps. The temperatures at the two copper blocks are read with an infrared camera - 7. The characteristic map of a heat pipe shows the transferable heat capacity as a function of local temperaturesEn ligne : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Zcq_xHiEzN9grAlYfW81e0YK6L3lDshD/view?usp=drive [...] Format de la ressource électronique : Permalink : https://e-campus.itech.fr/pmb/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=29135

MélangeIndex. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : Mixing nozzles. It is a well-known fact that problems with color streaks in the injection molding process can be rectified through the correct use of static mixers – so-called mixing nozzles. What is less well known is that it is possible to solve a large number of other quality problems in this way, in addition to boosting reliability and reducing production costs. Note de contenu : - Savings on masterbatch costs and increased energy efficiency
- Mixing screw versus static mixer
- Pay attention to cleaning behavior and material qualityPermalink : https://e-campus.itech.fr/pmb/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=20281

Matières plastiques -- SurmoulageIndex. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : The sensor technology specialist elobau claims a vertical integration of 90 percent – above average for the industry. Each production step – from injection molding to cable and SMD assembly – takes place in-house. When they conceived a turnkey production line for non-contacting nano push button switches, the company chose to work together with Arburg because the system supplier was able to provide an energy efficient, highly flexible solution. Note de contenu : - Inserting the smallest of magnets
- Two variants – one system
- Fully integrated into the control system
- Impressive overall package
