OutillageIndex. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : "Industry 4.0" is a forward-looking project that seeks to interconnect production machines and associated processes completely, primarily with a view to boosting the efficiency of process optimization, procurement of operating equipment and planning of maintenance intervals and to conserve resources. If this vision is to be realized, new concepts will be needed for injection molding machines and their molds. In practical terms, this means computerizing injection molds along the lines of "Moldmaking 4.0". Note de contenu : - Making molds intelligent

Qualité -- ContrôleIndex. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : The prerequisite for a stable production process and a constant high product quality is the correct setting of all process parameters on the injection molding machine. But errors also often occur. Engel’s new “Parameter Limits” feature provides a remedy. It supports injection molders in keeping the parameters constant within a process window. Note de contenu : - Ensuring a constant high quality
- Reliability avoiding process rejects
- Precise measuring of the process window and the permitted tolerance

Température -- ContrôleIndex. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : Injection molded precision parts must meet the ever-increasing requirements for surface quality, mechanical properties and dimensional accuracy. At the same time, the integration of functions and processes is continuing apace. For particularly high quality requirements, dynamic mold temperature control offers the possibility of reconciling contradictory goals. A laser-based system now makes large-scale energy input unnecessary by focusing on the selective heating of localized mold regions. Note de contenu : - Variotherm and flexible at the same time ?
