Robots industrielsIndex. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : Control Engineering - Whether in multi-component injection molding, in-mold labeling or insert technology, the trend towards the integration of several process steps into one highly automated manufacturing cell is advancing at a rapid rate. The positive impact from the point of view of cost management and cycle times frequently leads to greater complexity from the point of view of control engineering. But that does not have to be the case. Note de contenu : - One controller speaking all languages
- Robot follows machine movements in synchronization
- One interface, one data management system
- Often underestimated : the user "marketer"
- Outlook : complete IRB integrationPermalink : https://e-campus.itech.fr/pmb/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=11757

Matières plastiques -- Moulage par injection -- Appareils et matérielIndex. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : Given the high flow rates and injection rates required for high-speed thin-wall packaging, friction in the nozzle tip and at the gate bore is a critical factor. The valve gate systems must comply with the smallest tolerance windows if the melt is to reach the cavity under optimal conditions. Titre : Variothermal temperature control from the compressed air network : Varioplast has developed a dynamic temperature control process which can be retrofitted to injection molds without theneed for any modifications Type de document : texte imprimé Auteurs : Edwin Neugebauer, Auteur ; Michael Däbritz, Auteur Année de publication : 2018 Article en page(s) : p. 13-16 Langues : Anglais (eng) Catégories : Matières plastiques -- Moulage par injection -- Appareils et matériel
Température -- ContrôleIndex. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : As a manufacturer of both coated and uncoated high-gloss plastic parts, Varioplast has continually been faced with the problem of visible knit and flow lines on molded parts. Conventional variothermal processes, for reasons of overall economics, are limited in their suitability to offset existing and future cost pressures exerted by customers. Varioplast unveiled a new process at Fakuma 2017. Note de contenu : - The idea : hot air from the nozzle
- The heating module : designed for single and double-sided use
- Process parameters : a system with scalable performance
- Test results : production readiness confirmed
- FIGURES : 1. In series production, the finished part is removed on the ejector side, while the cavity is heated in parallel on the nozzle side. The 3D-printed metallic heating head module permits quick adaptation to customer-specific geometries in the mold - 2. The turbotherm modules can be used on the nozzle and ejector side if required - 3. Surface on a molded part with and without turbotherm. A knit line is invisible in the first case, but visible in the second - 4. Representation of the surface temperature of the cavity in the machine cycle. A temperature rise from 5 to 10°C/s is possible, with the exact rate depending on the surface roughness - 5. Representation of the heating power in the machine cycle. The unit requires an average of approx. 1.4 kW power. Variothermal process control via the complete mold plates requires 20 to 30 times as much power - 6. The width of the knit line decreases strongly with heating time. It can be optically reduced by up to 100%, i.e. completely eliminatedEn ligne : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1gxBOXdonL9DepHK1iwwPjPouwMUpjV6T/view?usp=drive [...] Format de la ressource électronique : Permalink : https://e-campus.itech.fr/pmb/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=30083
