Robots industrielsIndex. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : A more impressive sight is scarcely imaginable: NP Germany’s turnkey system around a vertical Arburg injection molding machine takes up a quarter of the production hall. During operation, six robotic systems dance a ballet to produce a pump impeller for the car coolant pump of an international automotive supplier - a level of fully automated production that was not an everyday occurrence. Note de contenu : - Six seconds faster
- Filigree pockets filled by high injection flowrates
- Double camera inspection

NumérisationIndex. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : A tool logbook on paper is often not to hand just when you need it most. Or it is incomplete, since it is time ‧consuming to keep the information up to date. A cloud-independent, electronic tool log, which is directly integrated into the tool could make all the relevant data available directly. Digital access would allow authorized users to read or enter content, and, if needed, provide important operating instructions and information about the condition of the tool. Note de contenu : - The obligation to instruct users involves significant liability
- Mini-computer at the injection mold
- Digital storage solution, integrated into the tool in a tamper-proof way
- Videos with assembly or maintenance instructions
- Automatic updating on product and tool modifications
- Components and integration into the injection mold
- Summary : Providing useful data and overcoming language barriers

Thermoplastiques -- Moulage par injectionTags : 'Moulage différentiel' 'Matière plastique' micro-injection' Index. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : A differential molding system for micro injection molding of thermoplastics was designed and fabricated. As the core part, a planetary gear pump was integrated into the molding module and used for metering, delivering and supercharging. The molding system was installed in the stationary platen beside which a servo motor was connected to the transmission shaft of the pump through a coupling. A traditional injection molding machine which was equipped with this module could be upgraded to a precise micro injection molding machine and realized the function of multiple micro injection molding machines. A process study was first performed to verify the machine performance and to determine the influence of the main process parameters. It has been proved by experiments that the differential molding system could realize the manufacture of fine and precision parts with micro structures in one step with high efficiency at low cost.
