(Wikipedia)

Taguchi, Méthodes de (Contrôle de qualité)Index. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : A Fresnel lens is characterized by a micrometer-sized v-grooved structure, and its microstructure quality and curvature accuracy strongly influence its illuminance performance. In this study, a mold is designed for fabricating a Fresnel flash lens involving injection compression molding (ICM). The Taguchi method and parametric analysis are applied to examine the effect of process parameters (mold temperature, melt temperature, injection speed, packing pressure, compression pressure, and time) on the molding quality. Increasing the mold temperature and packing pressure generally improves the polymer melt fill in microsized cavities. ICM enables the realization of v-grooved microstructures with an accurate height replication rate (96.1%) as well as high curvature accuracy (6 ?m), creating good optical qualities of the fabricated Fresnel lens with respect to maximum illuminance and illuminance uniformity. Revêtements en phase aqueuse:Peinture en phase aqueuseIndex. décimale : 667.9 Revêtements et enduits Résumé : The fluorinated cationic acrylic latex was prepared successfully via semi-continuous seeded emulsion polymerisation of butyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate and hexafluorobutylmethacrylate in water phase initiated with 2,2'azobis (2. methyl propion amidine)dihydrochloride and emulsified with the aid of mixed surfactants of cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide and polyethylene glocolmono-nonylphenylether. The structure of the resultant latex is confirmed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy spectrum and differentiel scanning calorimetry. Facture, which have an effect on the emulsion polymerisation and properties of latex, are investigated in détail. The conversion of mixed monomers is high and the coagulation percentage is less when the reaultant latex is prepered under the folIowing condition : the amount of emulsifier is 3% ; the amount of initiator is 0.8% : the content of the fluorinated monomer is 4%. In this case, the average particle size of latex is smallest. ln addition, in comparison with the latex prepared without the fluorinated monomers, the hydrophobicity of the resultant latex film is clearly improved. Several factors affecting the encapsulation efficiency of nano-ATO were studied. The prepared hybrid latices were characterized using transmission electron microscopy, dynamic light scattering particle size analysis, thermogravimetric analysis, and ultraviolet--visiblenear infrared (NIR) spectra. The results show that the encapsulation efficiency of nano-ATO reaches the maximum value of 78.0% with 3 wt% of nano-ATO, 4 wt% of SDS, and 4 wt% of HD, and the mean diameter of hybrid latex particles is 87.5 nm. Both the weight loss ratio and the transmittance in NIR region of hybrid film decrease with the increasing nano-ATO amount. The prepared hybrid film containing nano-ATO exhibits excellent ability for shielding IR light with high transmittance in visible region, which can be used as transparent a heat-insulating coating for energy savings. Index. décimale : 667.9 Revêtements et enduits Résumé : Zirconia nanoparticles synthesized by the sol–gel method were surface modified by the coupling agent, 3-(trimethoxy silyl) propyl methacrylate (MSMA), containing C=C bonds. These particles were then UV-cured together with the hexa-functional monomer, dipentaethritol hexaacrylate (DPHA), to prepare transparent coatings that exhibited antistatic property on plastic substrates. FTIR and solid 29SiNMR were used to analyze the chemical bonds in the formed particles and coatings. Dynamic light scattering measurement of the modified ZrO2 sol indicated a relatively small particle size distribution, 1.5–20 nm, with a maximum intensity at ~5.5 nm. These particles dispersed uniformly in the organic host, poly(DPHA), as was manifested by the high resolution SEM images of the coatings. Antistatic performance of the coatings was examined based on the surface resistivity measurements. A resistivity of 7.74 × 108 ?/? suited to common antistatic applications could be attained for coatings containing 10% inorganic component. In addition, all of the prepared coatings were very hard with pencil hardness 7H–8H, and they attached perfectly to the PMMA substrate according to the peel test.
