Solutions de polymèreIndex. décimale : 677.4 Textiles artificiels Résumé : One of the most important parameters for acrylic fibers is tenacity, which is a basic customer demand in the textile industry. There are different methods to increase tenacity in co-polymer preparation (increasing solid percentage in dope, changing in viscosity etc.) and in spinning operation (changing the operating condition of coagulation bath, dryer etc.). But in an industrial, mass, steady production process there are serious limitations. In this article, the effect of determining parameters especially final stretch, shrinkage and coagulation in industrial production process to reach improved tenacity is investigated. The process in Acrylic II factory of Polyacryl Company based on solution polymerization with DMF as solvent followed by wet spinning method to produce fibers. Note de contenu : - Material

- Parameters related to spinning conditions

Textiles et tissus -- Industrie et commerce -- RépertoiresIndex. décimale : 677.4 Textiles artificiels Résumé : Starting with PET fibers in edition 3/2021, PA fibers in edition 4/2021, and PE/PE fibers in edition 1/2022 Chemical Fibers International presents an extensive list of European fiber manufacturers, broken down by fiber type and location. The list is based on a survey by our editorial department, on information provided by the companies on their websites and on our own research. included are the companies in Greater Europe (including Russia and Turkey) which manufacture fibers and yarns directly from polymers, regardless of whether these fibers are sold or processed within the company. Pure manufacturers of spunbond and meltblown nonwovens are not included. There is no claim to completeness and correctness of the table.
In this issue we present producers of acrylic fibers (divided into staple fibers, filament yarns, oxidized PAN fibers, modacrylic fibers, recycled PAN fibers), high-performance fibers (divided into SAF fibers, carbon fibers and recycled carbon fibers, aramid fibers, PPS fibers, PI fibers, PEEK fibers, PTFE and PVDF fibers, novoloid fibers) mineral fibers (glass and basalt) and metal fibers. An updated list of European fiber manufacturers will be published at regular intervals.Note de contenu : - Acrylic fibers - PAN staple fibers
