Index. décimale : 668.3 Adhésifs et produits semblables Résumé : This article discusses on part acrylic-based radiation curable adhesives recently designed for bonding engineering thermoplastics, metal and glass. The durability, processability and physical properties of the adhesives are compared to traditional methods. This will benefit patients, but also has implications for the hospital because it will thereby become a medical device manufacturer. A key role in the first pilot study is being played by the Arburg Plastic Freeforming (APF) process. Note de contenu : - Hybrid plastic ribs made of PCU

Qualité -- ContrôleIndex. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : When it comes to the safety of patients, even the possibility of defects in a medical and pharmaceutical production line must be avoided at every step of the process. This also applies to the corresponding packaging for these industries as the following example of a "bag-in-bottle system" will show. An inspection system from Intravis ensures compliance with the difficult, yet required quality criteria. Note de contenu : - Highest requirements for quality control
- Object alignment by camera
- Safety first
- FIGURES : Object separation and orientation for an optimal inspection - 1. The spot-watcher - ideally suited for the inspection of primary packaging fro mthe pharmaceutical, medical and cosmetic sectors - 2. Bag-in-bottle principle. The inner bag detaches from the outer wall during the emptying process - 3. The precise assignment of rights makes it possible to trace who has made settings at which time - 4.
