For tissue, engineering, electrospining techniques are useful to createfibrous scaffolds structures in vessel. In this study, the electrospun PHBHHx nanofibers were successfully prepared. Also, the morphology and composition of the resultant nanofibers were characterized by SEM and FT-IR spectroscopy respectively. Meanwhile, the tubular scaffolds with straight and corrugated shape were made and discussed about their radical tensile performances. Note de contenu : - Preparation of the PHBHHx solution
