Poudres
Revêtements:PeintureIndex. décimale : 667.9 Revêtements et enduits Résumé : Using a powder wetting machine allows light, dusty fillers to be incorporated quickly and reproducibly into any type of coating system without agglomeration, dust or losses. The lower density of the final product reduces VOC emissions and overall costs per litre. Improvements in technical properties may also be obtained. Note de contenu : - Why adding light fillers is problematic
- How to diperse without dust or losses
- Even high viscosity products can be handled
- Explosion risks are eliminated
- Applications and benefits of hollow microspheres
- Financial and regulatory benefits of density reduction
- Helping to achieve VOC complianceEn ligne : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1RTJaf5xdZUHpSzN3jTgofGaFNSwPlFHT/view?usp=drive [...] Format de la ressource électronique : Permalink : https://e-campus.itech.fr/pmb/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=20149

vision des couleursIndex. décimale : 667.9 Revêtements et enduits Résumé : Synthetic iron oxides are an important group of inorganic colour pigments, with annual consumption around one million metric tonnes. But even though these products have been used extensively their colouring mechanism (causes of colouring) has not been described sufficiently to date. Detailed descriptions of colouring for red, yellow, orange and black iron oxides is provided and explained, using structural features of each and findings from ligand field and molecular orbital (MO) theory. Note de contenu : - Iron oxide red pigments
- Light absorption and colouring
- Iron oxide yellow pigments
- Absorption spectrum and colouring
- Iron oxide orange pigment
- Light absorption and colouring
- Causes of colouring in iron black pigmentsEn ligne : https://drive.google.com/file/d/13nzvt26qRSpWr8GJvEYEfAKGnCaI_a44/view?usp=drive [...] Format de la ressource électronique : Permalink : https://e-campus.itech.fr/pmb/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=20150

Revêtements en phase aqueuse -- Additifs:Peinture en phase aqueuse -- AdditifsIndex. décimale : 667.9 Revêtements et enduits Résumé : By utilising different test methods the impact of several different chemical types of wetting and dispersing agents on the sensitivity of a waterborne primer towards water and moisture as well as anticorrosive properties has been evaluated. Clear performance differences depending on the chemistry utilised have been found. However, the results obtained with the five different evaluation methods did not correlate too well. This made it evident that the test procedure has to be selected according to the final requirements that have to be improved. Note de contenu : - The impact of wetting and dispersing additives
- Mode of action and general structure of dispersants
- How the additives function during dispersion
- How dispersants affect waterborne coatings
- Evaluation of wetting and dispersing additives
- Formulation, application and choice of additives
- Results in summary
- Test results show some poor correlations
- Test methods must be matched to end usesEn ligne : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1mZwugSwAUFPPhFz2qipGFB6T4kzyCMKz/view?usp=drive [...] Format de la ressource électronique : Permalink : https://e-campus.itech.fr/pmb/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=20151

Revêtements en phase aqueuseIndex. décimale : 667.9 Revêtements et enduits Résumé : A waterborne polyurethane coating finish for leather has been developed with the aim of creating a high performance sustainable coating. Almost all VOCs have been eliminated by using a hybrid polyurethane and acrylic polymer binder. The polymeric matting component is based partly on renewable materials. Note de contenu : - Why waterborne PUD production requires solvents
- Hybrid resins can be produced with zero VOCs
- Hybrid resin shows generally good performance
- Introducing natural building blocks
- Practical synthesis and test results
- Creating a sustainable matting top coast finish
