This is due to extensive investments in plants for PBT base resin, latterly mainly in China. By the end of this year, some 1.5 million t of annual capacity will be installed globally. The precursors for PBT are also available in sufficient quantities. In the medium term, global consumption of PBT compounds will increase by 6 to 7 % annually. Note de contenu : - Growth in almost all regions
- Capacity expansion
- Easy flowing compounds optimized
- Hydrolysis - resistant for extreme conditions
- Extremely low-fogging bezels
- Flame-retardant with balanced properties
- Replacement of SMC in truck accessories
- Biomonomers as a drop-in solution
