The restes demonstrated that the bioflocculant prepared with Bacillus subtilis was able to treat total nitrogen, chemical oxygen demand (COD) and colour, successfully removing the compounds from tannery wastewater. Component analysis revealed that the bioflocculant contained saccharides, proteins, glycoproteins, osamines, and fats ; the bioflocculant did not contain nucleic acid. It is expected that these results will contribute to future research into the application and the mechanism by which bioflocculants remove contaminants from tannery wastewater. The results showed that saccharides were associated with flocculation. However, proteins had a weak effect on flocculation, and fats, osamines and glycoproteins had no effect. The findings elucidated the role of each ingredient in the removal of contaminants from tannery wastewater, providing a basic for understanding the mechanism of action of bioflocculants in the treatment of tannery wastewater. Microstructures
Index. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : The fabrication of microstructured systems by ultrasonic hot embossing features short cycle times, low investment costs and high flexibility. However, the structure height and overall size of the patterned area are limited by the power of the available ultrasonic welding machines. The friction process introduced here makes use of the heat generated by friction for embossing and offers potential for achieving higher microstructures. - Fig. 2 : Ultrasonic hot embossing: the sonotrode compresses the polymer stack and generates frictional heat by means of vibrations coupled perpendicular to the tool surface
- Fig. 3 : Friction embossing: between the holders of a friction welding machine, a plastic film is placed on a micropatterned tool. Between this film and a plastic plate moving relative to it frictional heat is generated, softening the polymer which then conforms the tool shape. After cooling down, the reshaped polymer is removed from the machine

The results showed that ADI/HDI hybrid isocyanurate could be prepared with 2-hydroxypropyl-trimethyl-azanium catalyst at reaction temperatures between 50°C and 70°C. Both the GC and 1H NMR analyses identified a favorable linear relationship between the feed ratio of the starting monomers and the amount of each individual isocyanate incorporated into the oligomer (reaction ratio). Compared to coatings prepared from the mixture of ADI isocyanurate and HDI isocyanurate, the coatings from ADI/HDI hybrid isocyanurate possess higher distinctness of image.
