Revêtements antisalissuresIndex. décimale : 675 Technologie du cuir et de la fourrure Résumé : In order to improve the hydrophobicity and applied properties of leather products, 3- (Trimethoxysilyl)propyl methacrylate (KH-570) and Dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate (G04) were used as modified monomers preparing a fluorosilicone polyacrylate leather finishing agent by semi-continuous seed emulsion polymerisation. The structure of the prepared latex film was characterised and analysed by FTIR and XPS. The effects of the addition of silicone monomer on the latex film and the application properties were investigated by SEM and TG. The results showed that: both the organic fluorine and the silicone monomers participated in the polymerisation, and the particle size of the emulsion was 50-70nm. XPS showed that the fluorine and silicon elements in the film-air interface were 1.74% and 3.12% higher than the theoretical values. SEM showed that the surface microstructure of the latex film of the fluorosilicone copolymer emulsion was relatively rough, and the roughness was helpful to further improve the hydrophobicity and antifouling property of the finished leather. TG showed that, after the addition of silicone monomer, the heat resistance of the film was obviously improved. Compared with fluorinated polyacrylate emulsion, the contact angle of the leather sample finished by organo fluorosilicone polyacrylate emulsion to water increased about 7°. The applied properties of the finished leather were also improved. PolyuréthanesIndex. décimale : 675 Technologie du cuir et de la fourrure Résumé : In order to improve the hydrophobicity and softness of leather, a fluoro-silicon-modified waterborne polyurethane (FSiWPU) leather finishing agent was prepared by emulsion polymerisation using 1H,1H,2H,2H-Nonafluoro-1-hexanol (F9) and N-(2-aminoethyl) -3-aminopropyl trimethoxy silane (KH-792) as modified monomers. The structure of the latex film and the film was characterised by FTIR, XRD and UV. The effects of F9 and KH-792 on the properties of the film was investigated. The water contact angle and application properties of the coated leather were tested. FTIR and XRD showed that F9 and KH-792 were successfully introduced into the main chain of waterborne polyurethane. The particle size of the modified composite emulsion was 106nm; the UV transmittance of the composite emulsion was significantly reduced compared to pure aqueous polyurethane. PolyacrylatesIndex. décimale : 675 Technologie du cuir et de la fourrure Résumé : Corn starch modified polyacrylate emulsion was prepared by semi-continuous seed emulsion polymerization with methyl methacrylate (MMA), butyl acrylate (BA) and oxidized starch (OSt) as the main raw materials and was subsequently used for leather finishing. The structure of starch/polyacrylate emulsion film was characterized by FT-IR, XPS and 1HNMR and the properties of leather coated with the emulsion were tested. The results showed that after corn starch was oxidized, the oxidized starch reacted with acrylate monomers, and the polyacrylate emulsion modified using oxidized starch was successfully prepared. Compared with a polyacrylate emulsion, the particle size distribution of modified composite emulsion is more concentrated. After finishing with polyacrylate emulsion containing oxidized starch, the leather was folded 20,000 times without developing cracks; In the wear resistance test, the gray scale of dry-wiped interlining cloth increased from 4.0 to 5.0, and the gray scale of wet-wiped interlining cloth increased from 3.5 to 4.5 ; The softness increased from 4.35 mm to the highest value at 5.23 mm; The tensile strength increased from 523N to 581N; The yellowing resistance is also obviously improved. Spectroscopie de photoélectronsIndex. décimale : 675 Technologie du cuir et de la fourrure Résumé : A nano-ZnO/organic fluorine-modified polyacrylate leather finishing agent was prepared using a mixture of a Silyl-modified nano-ZnO, dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate (DFMA), methyl methacrylate (MMA) and butyl acrylate (BA) as raw materials. A semi-continuous seeded emulsion polymerization followed. The overall research objective was to improve the bacteriostatic, hydrophobicity and anti-aging properties of leather articles. The structure of the composite emulsion and its film were characterized and analyzed by FT-IR, TEM and XPS. The results showed that the latex particles had an obvious core-shell structure, a smooth surface and were monodisperse. The particle size of the emulsion ranged between 30 and 50 nm. The average value of Zeta potential was -40.1 mV which signified a good emulsion stability. The composite emulsion and its film had good UV resistance and water resistance. When the content of organic fluorine in the film was a maximum 20 %, the contact angle of a water drop on the finished leather, tensile strength and tear strength were 133.48°, 620 N and 61 N, respectively. When the content of nano-ZnO in the film was 1.0%, the average width of antibacterial band of finished leather was 2.1 mm. The finished leather also demonstrated a good anti-aging property. Polymérisation en émulsionIndex. décimale : 675 Technologie du cuir et de la fourrure Résumé : A cationic polyacrylate emulsion (CPAE) with a core-shell structure was prepared by seed polymerization. The emulsion copolymerization was carried out with the core monomoers of butyl acrylate (BA) and methyl methacrylate (MMA), the shell monomers of BA, MMA, and a home-made cationic monomer with the initiator potassium persulfate. The structure of CPAE was characterized. No 'C=C' double bond was detected in the structure of CPAE by FT-IR and 1H-NMR spectra, indicating that the polymerization reaction was complete. DSC curves showed that there were two glass transition temperature in the structure of CPAE, indicating that the emulsion particle featured a core-shell structure. The core-shell structure of CPAE was also confirmed by TEM observation. Many improvements to the coating properties emerged when CPAE was used as a leather finishing agent. The result leathers has uniform and clean grain and comfortable handle. The coating had strong adhesion and its resistance to wet and dry rub fastness was up to grade 4.5.
