Note de contenu : - I. CONSTITUTION ET CARACTERISTIQUES DES FIBRANNES. RECOMMANDATIONS GENERALES : Fibranne viscose - Fibranne acétate
- II.
- III. TISSAGE : Choix des filés - Contexture - Irrégularités des filés - Retrait
- IV. ENCOLLAGE DES CHAINES-FIBRANNE
- BLANCHIMENT : Sur viscose - Sur acétate
- TRAITEMENTS PARTICULIERS : Carbonisage - Mercerisage

Textiles et tissus -- FinitionIndex. décimale : 677.4 Textiles artificiels Résumé : The PET staple fiber manufacturing sector needs to tackle the water consumption issues for its future sustainability, as it is one of the most water demanding sectors in the textile industry. This paper describes a new spin finish oil with 2 general technical characteristics achieving the benefits of reducing water use, by suppressing the generation of foam in the fiber line as well as by easing the process of wastewater treatment. Of course, this new spin finish oil maintains the same very good performance as found in other products, in terms of fiber manufacturability and spinning mill processability. Note de contenu : - Water issues in the textile industry
- Use of water in PET staple fiber production
- Technical approaches with new spin finish oil for reduction of water consumption
