It will also attempt to correlate the rheological properties to skin sensory attributes.
By linking and understanding these properties, formulators can thus easily choose the best rheology modifiers for developing skin care formulations with the right sensory attributes that positively influence the consumers' perceptions.En ligne : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1JRB2UpiTX88C72O0VPzw-bZJrRn47NJC/view?usp=drive [...] Format de la ressource électronique : Permalink : https://e-campus.itech.fr/pmb/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=10364

Vitamine CIndex. décimale : 668.5 Parfums et cosmétiques Résumé : Repair, protect and moisture are the key consumer requirements in skin care. The components that help achieve these claims are often either monovalent or multivalent electrolytes, such as salts of alpha hydroxy acids, sodium pyrrolidone carboxylic acid (sodium PCA), phenylbenzimidazole sulfonic acid (PBSA), etc. However, it is difficult to formulate with these actives since they tend to have a negative effect on the viscosity, texture and stability provided by commonly used traditional anionic rheology modifiers.
Sodium acrylates/beheneth-25 methacrylate crosspolymer (and) hydrogenated polydecene (and) lauryl glucoside, is a multifunctional polymer based on acrylate chemistry that enables the formulation of smooth and elegant emulsions containing high levels of electrolytic active ingredients by offering excellent efficiency as a thickener, stabiliser, and primary or auxiliary emulsifier, with improved electrolyte tolerance and unique sensory properties. It offers excellent viscosity building and yield value across a range of polymer solids providing stabilisation and suspension properties in finished formulations ranging from low viscosity lotions to high viscosity creams.Note de contenu : - METHODS AND MATERIALS : General performance (viscosity and yield value - Viscosity and yield blue - Electrolyte tolerance - Sensory evaluation at equilibrium pH - Emulsification and co-emulsification property - Thickening/stabilising systems with challenging electrolytic electrolytic actives

Résistance à l'humiditéIndex. décimale : 668.5 Parfums et cosmétiques Résumé : It is critical for formulators to understand the synergies and interactions of the materials that are used to deliver safe and effective sun protection in order to comply with the continuously changing requirements of the industry. This paper demonstrates the options to create stable, mild formulations with high SPF values and high UVA protection ratings through the minimal use of emulsifiers. For longer-lasting sun protection performance, this paper will also focus on achieving excellent water resistance through breathable film-forming technology.
