Poussière de cuirIndex. décimale : 675 Technologie du cuir et de la fourrure Résumé : Buffing dust (BD) is generated in the buffing process of leather making. Amino-terminated hyperbranched polymer (HBPN) was used to modify the BD to prepare hyperbranched polymer modified BD (HBPN-B). The molecular weight of HBPN was analysed by GPC and FTIR, SEM-EDS and BET analysis were employed to characterise the structure of the HBPN-B. The BET specific surface area of HBPN-B was 7.128m2.g-1. The EDS analysis results show that after modification, the N content of BD increased from 21.23% to 24.47%. HBPN-B was then used in the adsorption of dye from wastewater. The influences of reaction conditions on the adsorption properties of HBPN-B towards acid fuchsin were studied and the adsorption kinetic and isotherm were researched. The removal rate of acid fuchsin by HBPN-B increased with the increase of pH, the removal rate reached the maximum at pH2.5. Electrostatic attraction was the chief adsorption mechanism. The removal rate increased with the increase of HBPN-B dosage and temperature. The adsorption process was in conformity with pseudo-second order kinetic and Langmuir adsorption isotherm model adsorption. Tannage Résumé : Acrylic-acrylic long-chain ester amphiphilic copolymers are a class of leather retanning and fatliquoring materials with superior properties. However, these types of copolymers lack reactive groups and possess weak binding ability to organically-tanned leather. In this paper, a terpolymer Poly(AA-LA-GMA) containing reactive epoxy groups was prepared by emulsion copolymerisation of acrylic acid (AA), dodecyl acrylate (LA) and glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) monomers. The effect of the GMA content on its binding ability to leather fibres and its fatliquoring properties was investigated. The results showed that the introduction of the epoxy group can significantly improve the combination of copolymer with glutaraldehyde-tanned leather. When the content of GMA monomer reached 10% of the total monomer amount (mol), the dichloromethane extraction rate and fogging value of the fatliquored leather were reduced by about 34% and 53%, respectively. And the excellent binding ability improved the softness and tear strength of the fatliquored leather. StatistiquesIndex. décimale : 675 Technologie du cuir et de la fourrure Résumé : Bamboo shavings, a waste of bamboo processing, contain many active groups and have excellent potential for the preparation of a biomass adhesive. In this study, under the catalysis of phenol and sulfuric acid, bamboo shavings are subjected to microwave treatment. The bamboo fibres are degraded and liquefied into a solid and liquid mixture (as a native putty of adhesive). The composite adhesive is prepared by mixing degraded collagen (Co) with the degradation mixture and cross-linking with epichlorohydrin.
Some key quality indexes of plywoods such as the bonding strength, the modulus of rupture (MOR) and the modulus of elasticity (MOE) of prepared plywoods meet the quality index requirements of plywood (GB/T 9846-2015, China). Experimental analysis shows that the good bonding properties correlated well with 5-hydroxymethylfurfural (5-HMF) in the bamboo degradation liquid and the Maillard reaction of collagen degradation bonds between the polar groups.Note de contenu : - EXPERIMENTAL PROCEDURES : Materials - Liquefaction procedure - Study of the reaction of Co with MCC (microcrystalline cellulose) - Preparation of the composite adhesive - Basic properties testing of the BSL-co adhesive - Preparation of the plywood - Bonding strength tests - Mechanical properties tests

The surface composition and morphology of the prepared cGO‐incorporated hollow fibre membranes were characterised by means of Fourier Transform–infrared spectra and scanning electron microscopy. The effects of different cGO contents on membrane surface hydrophilicity, separation performance, anti‐compaction and adsorption properties were investigated through measurements of the water contact angle, cross‐flow filtration and methylene blue (MB) adsorption experiments. The results demonstrated that the cGO‐incorporated membranes had more hydrophilic surfaces, higher permeation flux, better anti‐compaction properties and a higher adsorption rate of MB than that of the PSF control membrane. When cGO content was 0.45 wt.%, the pure water flux of the modified membrane increased from 90.56 to 148.26 l m−2 h−1 at 0.1 MPa; also, rejections of bovine serum albumin and polyethylene glycol (PEG‐20000) maintained relatively high values of 98.81 and 93.89%, respectively. The incorporation of cGO nanosheets could effectively improve membrane anti‐compaction properties and the adsorption rate of MB.

ViscoseIndex. décimale : 667.3 Teinture et impression des tissus Résumé : The traditional dyeing process of reactive dyes requires a large amount of inorganic salts to accelerate the combination of dyes and textiles, which leads to substantially more water pollution. In this work, we used a quaternary ammonium-type cationic modifier, 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl trimethylammonium chloride (CHPTAC), to modify the viscose acetal fibre before the dyeing process. After the modification, reactive dyes were dyed without any inorganic salt. Then the fabric was finished with a commercial wet rubbing fastness enhancer, FM-8, to improve the colour fastness. The modified viscose acetal fibre was characterised by Fourier Transform–infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that viscose acetal fibre was modified successfully by CHPTAC and that the physical structure did not noticeably change following the modification. The optimum process was determined by establishing the ideal amount of modifier and the modification temperature, as well as the concentrations of sodium hydroxide and soda ash. The results show that the most suitable parameters were 80 g/L for the modifier dosage, a modification temperature of 70°C, 20 g/L of sodium hydroxide and 10 g/L of soda ash. The wet rubbing fastness was grade 4-5 after finishing and dyeing. The exhaustion percentage was significantly higher than that for traditional dyeing, and the K/S and dyeing uniformity were both higher than traditional salt dyeing.
