Résumé : |
The production of prototype tools for injection moulding is extremely complicated and costly, especially when steel or aluminium are used. The tools must therefore bi milled and hardened, which means that their production is not only relatively expensive, but it may well take a week. But the time pressure on companies is increasing. In order to provide tools in a significantly more time and cost-effective manner, we recently tested the additive manufacturing process for production. |
