Résumé : |
With an economic manufacturing process, Greiner Packaging achieves an especially high quality in the production of plastic packaging. The "Kavoblow" one-step injection stretch blow molding process, in combination with barrier technology, provides packaging with a high oxygen barrier and thermal resistance, as well as very good transparency properties. |
Note de contenu : |
- High flexibility and efficiency at low cost
- Transparent, heat resistant and with an oxygen barrier
- Applications in medical care
- FIGURES : 1. In the one-step injection stretch blow molding process, a conveying carriage transfers the injection molded preforms into the blow molding station while they are still hot - 1. The Kavoblow plant size is designed for a production of 10 to 20 million narrow-neck bottles or wide-neck containers per year - 2. The injection molding station in the Kavoblow process can be upgraded to multi-barrier technology - 3. The oxygen barrier embedded in the commodity plastic (green in this case) protects th epackaged contents against external influences - 4. The first Kavoblow MBT packaging product was a ketchup bottle for the German sauce manufacturer Develey, which was launched on the Polish market in late 2007 |
