Traîtements de surfaceIndex. décimale : 668.3 Adhésifs et produits semblables Résumé : Adhesive bonding of composites - The process of joining composite materials in the automotive industry is almost unthinkable without the use of adhesive technology. Thanks to various developments in adhesives, this state-of-the-art joining process has been demonstrating its reliability for years now in numerous applications in this industry. However, to ensure that the adhesion of the adhesive layer remains stronger than the composite substrate even after years of ageing and also to make sure that the other high quality requirements of this industrial sector are met, the selection of the right adhesive, the component design, the process and various other criteria must be correct. PhotopilesIndex. décimale : 668.3 Adhésifs et produits semblables Résumé : Adhesive bonding of Fresnel collectors - Solar thermal power plants are playing an increasingly important role, especially in the sunny countries of Europe. These conventional steam power plants do not require the use of fossil fuels but can, if required, also be operated as hybrid systems. The solar power plant technology developed by the company Novatec BioSol AG is based on the principle of Fresnel collectors, and the use of adhesive bonding is a vital part of their manufacturing process. In order to find out which material combinations are best suited for this demanding task, a number of tests were carried out, and these are described in the following. Note de contenu : - The principle of Fresnel collector technology
- The adhesive bonding problem
- Durability tests
- First results
