Vision artificielle (robotique)Index. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : In the manufacturing of advanced composites, the cost structure is dominated by process costs. In RTM, there is also a need to reduce process costs/cycle times in all phases, including preforming. Tecnalia presents a novel, fully automated and energy-efficient 3D preforming cell that overcomes part of these limitations. Note de contenu : - Automatic handling, pre-dra ping and pre-fixing of textiles
- Automatic inspection by artificial vision
- Fast, energy-efficient activation and final preform compaction
- Demonstration part : wing rib

[article]

Métaux -- Revêtements protecteursIndex. décimale : 667.9 Revêtements et enduits Résumé : Parts up to 16 metres in length can pass through the roller conveyor blast machine in the new fully automated two-in-one corrosion protection line installed by a major steel supplier. One manual and two automatic mixing stations allow for a large amount of flexibility when it comes to colour choices. Note de contenu : - The design and steelwork departments work hand-in-hand
- Efficient links between all the parts of the line
- Highly flexible painting process
- Fig. 1 : The profiles are fed into the system in bundles and separated on a cross-conveyor. After this they are grouped together into a batch 3200 mm wide and loaded onto the plate line, where they take priority
- Fig. 2: The corrosion protection line, which was designed as a two-in-one concept consists of a profile line and a main/plate line with separate loading stations, a painting unit, a dryer and a thermal post-combustion system, plus three unloading areas
- Fig. 3 : The components of the line were welded at seven small and five large stationsPermalink : https://e-campus.itech.fr/pmb/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=35077
