Intermolecular interactions, miscibility and compatibility of polymer blends were studied by Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and UV-visible spectrophotometer. The results suggest that intermolecular interactions have occurred between pure PAA and PEO in PAA/PEO blend. These interactions made PAA/PEO blend miscible at above-mentioned weight ratios. Additionally, the morphology and the fibers diameter were investigated using scanning electron microscope (SEM) analysis, which indicated beadless fibers with diameter range of about 120 to 300 nm. It was observed that the homogenous nanofibers with the smaller diameter were obtained in PAA/PEO blend with PAA dominant content. Finally, SEM results suggest that the formation of pure PAA nanofibers with concentration of 5.0 wt.% would not occur. Whereas, in the same concentration, pure PEO and PAA/PEO blend nanofibers with no bead defects were obtained. However, in higher pure PAA concentrations electrospun fibers were formed. Son -- AbsorptionIndex. décimale : 677.4 Textiles artificiels Résumé : In order to solve the problem of noise pollution, polyurethane (PU) nanofibrous membranes with different structures were prepared by electrospinning. The influence of layer number, single-layer basis weight arrangement and the concentration of MnO2 on the sound absorption performance was investigated. The results show that the sound absorption coefficient of the PU laminated nanofibrous membranes enhances initially and then declines with the increase of the layer numbers, reaching the maximum when the layer number is 8. The overall sound absorption performance of the PU nanofibrous membranes with increasing single-layer basis weight arrangement is better than that of the membranes with decreasing single-layer basis weight arrangement. When the concentration of Mn02 is 2 wt.%, the sound absorption coefficient of the MnO2/PU composite membrane achieves its peak value due to the fine fiber diameter and high porosity. Polyfluorure de vinylidèneIndex. décimale : 677.4 Textiles artificiels Résumé : By electrospinning method, graphene oxide (GO) was used to prepared a series of polyvinylene fluoride (PVDF) PVDF/GO composite nanofibers with different mass fraction of GO. The microstructure of the composite nanofibers was observed using the scanning electron microscope (SEM), and the mean fiber diameter and standard deviation were calculated. The results show that when the mass fraction of GO is high, the PVDF/GO composite nanofibers cannot be prepared. When GO was added, the roughness of the fiber surface is obviously increased, the appearance is uneven, and small holes and raised particles appear in the fiber surface. With the increase of the quality of GO, the average diameter of the fiber increases, and the standard deviation has no obvious change regulation.
