Composites à fibres -- Moulage par injection
Matériaux -- AllègementIndex. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : Fiber-reinforced plastic composites play a key role in future mobility. The biggest challenge at present is to develop material systems and processes that permit economic and efficient use of materials for large series production. The enormous potential of thermoplastic fiber-resin composite solutions for this is already emerging but also the claim that they explore new directions in processing. Note de contenu : - The goal is to reverse the weight
- Shortening the path from the semi-finished product to the part

Tissus directionnelsIndex. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : Ultralitec Process - Four partners have developed a novel mass-production-compatible production process for thermoplastic high-performance fiber composites. At the heart of the so-called Ultralitec process are 3-D preforms made from UD tapes, which are consolidated in situ and combined with an injection molding process for integrating functions. The process is completely automated, including layup and transfer of the delicate preform. Note de contenu : - A wide range of thermoplastic composites
- "Large-dimension lightweight construction modules with integrated injection molding"
- Through the oven in the paternoster
- Pre-development is underway for the first series parts
- Precise fiber orientation

Homogénéisation (technologie)Index. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : In order to achieve optimal component properties with the use of fiber-reinforced plastics, both the fiber length and the homogeneity of the fiber distribution are decisive criteria. As the fibers tend to form clusters as the length increases, injection molding solutions are required which also ensure homogeneous distribution in such cases. Note de contenu : - Agglomerates-Why must they be avoided ?
- Measurement of homogeneity
- Fiber agglomerates reflected in the mechanical property patterns
- FIGURES : 1. a) Raw materials for the production of fiber-reinforced injection molded parts. b) Undispersed fiber agglomerates in the component are caused by unsuitable systems technology - 2. Micrograph through a fiber agglomerate in a glass-fiber-reinforced specimen - 3. With this mesurement setup the transmitted light images of the specimens positioned between orthogonally twisted polarization fibers are made - 4. By binarization (converting dark and light image components into black and white elements) agglomerate areas can be evaluated - 5. Homogeneity and mechanical property patterns of long-fiber-reinforced plastic components with the use of different mixing zone type, with regard to the values of the natural mixing zone. It becomes clear that the reduction of the agglomerate proportion leads to significant improvement of tensile strength and the modulus of elasticity by means of shearing mixing geometryEn ligne : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1mwPuNGPx9m6RgQXt53vRD5JuqIP5TN9H/view?usp=drive [...] Format de la ressource électronique : Permalink : https://e-campus.itech.fr/pmb/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=29106

PolyuréthanesIndex. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : Even though the solidification behavior of reactive polyurethane (PU) differs from that of thermoplastics, this material can be used for the projectile injection technique. The technology combines the excellent properties of PU with the economic benefits of injection molding and enables the production of complex elastomeric fluid-conducting hoses with adjustable flexibility and high impact strength. Additionally, the integration of a continuous fiber reinforcement leads to improved bursting strength in comparison to short fiber-reinforced thermoplastics. Note de contenu : - Entirely different solidification behavior
- Fast-curing PU with a strong industrial relevance
- Comparison between polyurethane and thermoplastics
