shampooingsIndex. décimale : 668.5 Parfums et cosmétiques Résumé : For many women, hair colour is an important part of their beauty routine. Women have been using a variety of approaches to cover up their greys. Today, hair colour is used to generate a myriad of results ... from achieving flawless coverage from root-to-tip to creating vibrant rainbow tresses. As women age, the desire to look younger by covering grey hair (a sign of ageing) has been the main driver for using permanent (oxidative) hair colour. The appeal of the vibrant, bold, fashion hair colours has driven the use of temporary and semi-permanent hair colours. But colour fading is a concern for both permanent and temporary/semi-permanent hair dyes, as they tend to fade fast, and often off-shade. Produits nettoyantsIndex. décimale : 668.5 Parfums et cosmétiques Résumé : The washing sector of the personal care market is often viewed as an area lacking in innovation and exciting new product launches. However, during frugal times consumers will often treat themselves to a luxurious bath soak to wash away the daily stresses we all encounter. Also, it is an area in part driven by regulatory issues such as changes in the choice of preservatives available and by marketing claims such as sulfate free and mildness. In the following article I will delve into this sector in an attempt to show that innovation is alive, that there have been some fantastic new launches and, as with the other personal care sectors such as skin care, products and technologies are progressing all the time. Silicones -- Emploi en cosmétologieIndex. décimale : 668.5 Parfums et cosmétiques Résumé : Hair is exposed to many damaging processes, including: repeated washing, combin and heat styling; bleaching and coloring; air pollution and the sun's UV rays. These factors can lead to hair that is: more difficult to manage and comb; susceptible to breaking easily; dull and rough in appearance; more water absorbent and porous; and more prone to color fading. Consumers are increasingly demanding product solutions that provide long-lasting protection from hair damage. To determine how silicone solutions can help formulators and brand owners meet this growing demand, Dow recently conducted a variety of tests to measure the ability of silicones to durably restore hair's hydrophobic state and protect against breakage. Nénuphars et constituantsIndex. décimale : 668.5 Parfums et cosmétiques Résumé : Water lilies originate from the water and symbolize beauty and purity. This association makes water lilies an ideal starting point to create water-based cosmetic concepts. The flowers, visible above the water, are seemingly the most attractive part of the plant. A closer look, however, uncovers that water lily roots are exceptional underwater factories of phytochemicals. Their long and branched root system produces a unique combination of metabolites – all potential additives for hair care products. Water Lily Root Extracts contain amphipathic saponins, antioxidative flavonoids, and keratin-enforcing tannins, a combination perfectly suited for the daily hair care routine.
With its proven efficacy, Water Lily Root Extract is a powerful ingredient for hair care applications. The extract protects hair from urban pollution, it improves hair manageability, it tames frizzy hair, and it optimizes hair volume and definition.Note de contenu : - Water lily - Perfectly adapted to an aquatic environment
