TriéthanolamineIndex. décimale : 668.5 Parfums et cosmétiques Résumé : - OBJECTIF : L'objectif des travaux en cours est de développer des emulsions W/O/W avec différentes concentrations d'huile de paraffine, d’émulsifiants lipophile (cétyldiméthicone copolyol) et hydrophile (polysorbate 80), et de vérifier leur stabilité à différentes conditions de stockage.
- METHODE : Environ 20 formulations (W/O/W) émulsions multiples ont été faites et leur stabilité a été vérifiée à différentes conditions de stockage pour la période de 30 jours. La stabilité de certaines émulsions multiples stables (ME12, ME13, ME14, ME19 et ME20 a également été vérifiée par l'addition d'un carbomer et de la triéthanolamine comme agents augmentant la viscosité (gélifiants). L'analyse au microscope pour déterminer la taille des gouttelettes et de la caractérisation rhéologique de l’ émulsion multiple le plus stable (ME20) a également été effectuée.
- RESULTAT : Il a été observé que la stabilité des emulsions multiples augmente avec l'addition d’ un agent gélifiant. La formulation Me 20) avec 13.6% d'huile de paraffine, 2.4% de cétyl diméthicone copolyol et 0.8% de polysorbate 80 a été trouvée être plus stable à 25°C. à 40°C pendant la période de 30 jours. L'analyse rhéologique a indiqué la diminution de la viscosité avec le passage du temps; l'analyse de la taille des gouttelettes a indiqué une augmentation de la taille des gouttelettes avec le passage du temps.
- CONCLUSION : En conclusion de ce travail, une emulsion multiple stable avec 13.6% d'huile de paraffine, de 2.4% cétyldiméthicone copolyol et 0.8% de polysorbate 80 peut être formulée et peut être étudiée ultérieurement pour un ingrédient actif à des fins cosmétiques.Note de contenu : - Material

MicroémulsionsIndex. décimale : 668.5 Parfums et cosmétiques Résumé : OBJECTIF : Dans la présente étude, des microémulsions E / H ont été préparées pour une élimination efficace des cosmétiques de maquillage huileux et les caractéristiques de détergence ont été étudiées.
METHODES : Les Microémulsions E/H ont été préparées par mélange d'un émulsifiant spontané, d'un co-tensioactif et de l'huile, et la solubilisation du mélange pendant l'addition de l'eau. L'activité émulsifiante et de mouillabilité a respectivement été évaluée en mesurant l'angle de contact et l'absorbance après la préparation d'un total de 15 échantillons à l'aide de trois systèmes émulsionnants et les 5 huiles.
RESULTATS : D'après les résultats, une viscosité plus faible de la composante d'huile est favorable pour une mouillabilité élevée; plus la viscosité des systèmes émulsionnants est faible, plus la mouillabilité de la ME augmente. Sauf dans le cas de l'acide oléique (OA), les huiles et les systèmes émulsifiants possédant une polarité élevée ont montré une activité émulsifiante significative. L'équation décrivant la détergence (▵ E) = 92,3 x mouillabilité (cos θ) + 46,9 EAI (indice d'activité émulsifiante) - 73,0) a été calculée à partir des résultats de mesure de la détergence, et il a été vérifié que la mouillabilité contribue de manière plus significative à la détergence que l'activité émulsifiante.
CONCLUSION : Ces résultats suggèrent que les microémulsions E/H préparées peuvent être utilisées comme agents de nettoyage pour l'élimination efficace des produits cosmétiques huileux de maquillage.Note de contenu : - Wettability based on IOB value and HLB

Produits naturelsIndex. décimale : 668.5 Parfums et cosmétiques Résumé : - OBJECTIF : Étudier l'efficacité de 13 substances antimicrobiennes (11 substances d'origine naturelle et deux conservateurs conventionnels comme substances témoins), à deux concentrations différentes, dans une émulsion cosmétique H/E.
- METHODES : Les formulations cosmétiques ont été analysées en termes de dénombrement totale des germes aérobies et de dénombrement totale des levures combinées, selon la pharmacopée européenne 8.0. Les tests de challenge tests ont été effectués conformément à la norme ISO 11930.
- RESULTATS : La dénombrement total des germes aérobies, la dénombrement total des levures combinées et la flore mésophile aérobie totale étaient inférieures à la limite acceptable, dans l'ensemble des formulations cosmétiques. Tous les antimicrobiens d'origine naturelle ont rempli le critère A du challenge test, à l'exception de l'acide lévulinique dans le challenge test à Candida albicans, du ferment Lactobacillus dans le challenge test à C. albicans et Pseudomonas aeruginosa, et de l'extrait de graine de pamplemousse dans le challenge test à C. albicans. Le phénoxyéthanol et l'association de méthylparabène et propylparabène étaient inefficaces aux concentrations minimales étudiées.
- CONCLUSION : Les résultats fournissent d'importantes données comparatives en termes d'efficacité de conservation au sein des antimicrobiens d'origine naturelle et en ce qui concerne certains conservateurs conventionnels, fréquemment utilisés. Produits hydratantsIndex. décimale : 668.5 Parfums et cosmétiques Résumé : Dans cette étude, nous avons étudié les propriétés de trois types différents de cristaux liquides humectants préparés par un procédé d’émulsion simple. Sous lumière polarisée, nous avons observé des textures cristaux liquides pour chacune des trois crèmes hydratantes. Lors de l’application sur les mains et le visage, nous avons constaté qu’ils présentaient tous une capacité d’hydratation, la crème hydratante phéohydrane/cristal liquide étant la plus performante. L’examen des propriétés de surface (angle de contact, potentiel zêta, la tension superficielle, examen par microscopie électronique à transmission et à balayage) après l’ajout de pheohydrane dans la formule a été réalisé.
